this is a story about my fan dragon Dragsooth and his life in Heaven, so a big war is going on and he grows up in this time of conflict and he's tempted by the devil to join the dark side afew times...

the first chapter will come soon.

Chapter 1

It was a beautiful day in the Kingdom of Heaven, the angels and some humans were heading over to the Golden Temple, a few days ago Jesus created a purple dragon egg and today it was going to hatch. this would be the first dragon ever to be born in Heaven, Jesus was inside the Temple sitting on his throne and holding the purple egg in his hands. the angels and humans all gathered around him wanting to get a peek at the egg, the egg began to crack and soon it hatched, a purple dragon hatchling was laying in Jesus' arms

an angel: "Master what are you going to name it?"

Jesus: "i'm going to call him Dragsooth."

angel: "what dose that name mean Master?"

Jesus: "it means fire dragon... it suits him, don't you think?"

angel: "oh yes it dose Master..."

some children pushed their way through the crowds and walked up to Jesus, the children were looking curiously at little Dragsooth. Dragsooth didn't pay any attention to the children he spent the entire time of his short life gazing up at Jesus, Jesus gently petted Dragsooth he smiled, Dragsooth then yawned and slept, all the angels and humans then left after afew minutes. Dragsooth was cradled in Jesus' arms asleep...

Jesus: "you look so innocent while you sleep, despite this war going on i shall never let any harm come upon you my little Draggy..." he gently petted Dragsooth on the head a few times, Dragsooth slowly woke up...

Jesus: "let's see if you know how to walk a little..." Jesus sets Dragsooth on the floor, Dragsooth looks around a little and begins to take his first steps, he stumbled and fell, he whimpered in disappointment, Jesus picked him up and cradled him...

Jesus: *chuckles* "don't worry young dragon, before you know it you'll be able to walk and fly..."

Dragsooth smiled at him, as if he understood what Jesus was saying...

Chapter 2

over the next 5 years Dragsooth grew into a healthy playful young dragon. He loved Jesus very much, Dragsooth's first word was "Master" which was what everyone called Jesus. Dragsooth almost never left Jesus' side. Dragsooth loved praying and singing to Jesus. Jesus thought Dragsooth had a good singing voice. today Jesus was going to teach Dragsooth how to fly, they were outside in the fields of Heaven, they were standing on a big hill...

Dragsooth was a little worried about the flying lesson "Master this is the first time i'm flying i'm a little worried i might crash... or something..."

Jesus: "don't worry if you fall you'll get right back up..."

Dragsooth: "ok Master i trust you, but why do i have to start learning how to fly now?"

Jesus: "because young angels learn to fly by the age of 5, and since you are a 5 1/2 year old dragon i think it's time for you to learn... get a running start and flap your wings and don't forget to look where you're going..."

Dragsooth started running and he flapped his wings as hard as he could and when he got to the edge of the hill he was in the air and flying high above the field, he flapped his wings continuously at first until he was just gliding through the air, he looked down, he flew towards the hill that Jesus was on...

Dragsooth: "wait... HOW THE HECK DO I LAND??" Dragsooth crash landed in front of Jesus...

Jesus: "are you alight?"

Dragsooth: "i have no idea..." Dragsooth stood up and shook it off "here's an idea Master, let's never do that again..."

Jesus: "come on Draggy that was only your first lesson, you'll get better, i promise..."

Dragsooth: "ok i'll try again, but later that crash landing was really bad..."

Jesus: *chuckles* "i seen crash landings that were far worse..."

Jesus started walking down the hill "now come, we'll work on how to use your magic in self defense..."

Dragsooth: "ok Master..." Dragsooth followed Jesus...

Chapter 3,

Dragsooth was now 9 years old and by this time he has learned to fly and he's mastered all the elements of fire, electricity, ice and earth. Jesus also taught him a new ability light, it is useful against demons.
Dragsooth was takeing a walk around Heaven, he came across the gates of Heaven and beyond the gates was Hell, Dragsooth was curios at what lie beyond the gates of Heaven, but he remembered Jesus telling him not to go beyond the gates of Heaven, but curiosity got the better of Dragsooth and he went through the gates and into Hell, he noticed it was very hot down there but he kept going, the ground was rocky and the air was hot, there were some pits that had fire in them, the sky was dark and colored red and black, suddenly a big red dragon was flying right above him, the dragon landed right infront of Dragsooth and starred at him, Dragsooth recognized the dragon it was lucifer, Dragsooth tried to turn the other way and run but lucifer put his hand on Dragsooth's tail and pulled him closer,

lucifer: "i know you, you're Dragsooth one of the slaves of that tyrant Jesus!" lucifer let go of Dragsooth's tail, Dragsooth turns towards lucifer,

Dragsooth: "i prefer to be called his child or servant, and you watch how you talk about the Master!"

lucifer: "do you know what i do to that tyrant's children down here?" he started circling Dragsooth, Dragsooth was too afraid to speak...

lucifer: "your Master has lied to you all these years, he doesn't really love you he only wants you as a slave, why else would he want you to call him Master?"

Dragsooth: "as a sign of respect, he wants us to respect him, and for your information he loves me very much..."

lucifer: "he loves you now but wait until you disobey him, as soon as he sees the first sign of you disobeying him he'll throw you into Hell, that's what he did to me."

Dragsooth: "why?"

lucifer: "because he was afraid of me reveling the truth to everyone. the fact that he only claims you're his child when you're really his mindless slave!"

Dragsooth: "i don't believe you..."

lucifer: "of course you don't. it seems we share other similarities besides our species and origins. i once thought like you, until my eyes were opened, as soon as God told everyone to worship Jesus i knew i had to do something about it and as soon as i did the one that said he loved me cast me and my followers straight into Hell!!"

Dragsooth: "i will never go against the Master like you did!"

lucifer: "what dose that tyrant offer you that's so good?"

Dragsooth: "love and happiness..."

lucifer: "if you join me i can offer you so much more than that, i can offer you true power if you join me..."

Dragsooth: "NO! i will never join you! i will never fight against my Master!"

lucifer: "don't you realize he's just a slave owner?"

Dragsooth: "you're lying!"

lucifer: "i'm giving you the opportunity to be free from him, JOIN ME and learn the true meaning of happiness and power!"

Dragsooth: "i already know it and it's not with you!" Dragsooth turned away from lucifer and tried to go towards Heaven, lucifer got in front of him.

lucifer: "you're not going anywhere YOU PATHETIC LOYALIST!"

Dragsooth backed away from him, lucifer grabbed him and picked him up by his horn

lucifer: "you're about to find out what i do to those who refuse to join me..."

lucifer turned him in the direction of a stone building "see that building over there? that's the torture chamber... i'm going to take you to it if you don't join me!!"

Dragsooth: "I'LL NEVER JOIN YOU!! I'LL NEVER FIGHT AGAINST THE MASTER!!"

lucifer: "so be it! you've made you're choice and you're going to suffer for it!!" lucifer started to walk in the direction of the torture chamber, he was carrying Dragsooth by his horn...

Chapter 4

lucifer carried Dragsooth all the way to the torture chamber by his horn, Dragsooth was scared he regretted disobeying Jesus and going into Hell. lucifer walked into the torture chamber with Dragsooth.

lucifer: "i'm giving you one last chance, join me and i will spare you from pain..."

Dragsooth: "my loyalty belongs to the Master only!"

lucifer: "suit yourself..." lucifer grabbed some chains and chained Dragsooth's legs together.

there were 3 other demons standing in the torture chamber, lucifer dropped Dragsooth in front of them.

lucifer: "torture him any way you want! and make sure it's painful! do not kill him i want to do it myself!" lucifer left the building...

the demons looked at Dragsooth laying helplessly in front of them, they started to advance toward him when Jesus appeared in front of them, the whole building was filled with white light, the demons fell to the ground and they were paralyzed with fear...

a demon: "please don't hurt us!"

Jesus: "silence!"

demon: "ok we'll shut up right now...." the demons were on the ground shivering in fear...

Jesus: "Never come near my child again!"

demon: "oh he was your child we didn't know that..."

there was a loud thundering sound the 3 demons ran out of the building as quickly as possible, the white light faded, Jesus turned to Dragsooth and unchained him, Dragsooth got up.

Jesus: "Dragsooth you disobeyed me."

Dragsooth: "Master i... i'm sorry..."

Jesus: "let's go home."

Dragsooth followed Jesus back to Heaven, they went back to the Temple.

At the Temple...

Jesus sat in his throne, Dragsooth just sat on the floor 15 feet in front of Jesus.

Jesus: "Dragsooth, come here."

Dragsooth slowly walks over to him and sits on the floor in front of him.

Jesus: "Dragsooth you disobeyed my direct order not to go into Hell, and what's worse you could've been killed..."

Dragsooth: "Master i... i'm sorry, i didn't mean to go against you..." a tear came down his cheek, Jesus wiped the tears from Dragsooth's eyes.

Jesus: "i was afraid i might loose you..."

Dragsooth: "but-... you're not afraid of anything. are you Master?"

Jesus: "i was afraid, when i had to die upon the cross. i was scared of death even though i knew i could easily overpower it..."

Dragsooth: "you were?"

Jesus: "i was... i was even more afraid today because i thought you were going to be harmed." Jesus picked Dragsooth up and sits him on his lap "when you were only a hatchling i promised myself and you that i'd never let any harm come upon you... and i intend to keep that promise if i can. i will always be there to protect you from harm..." Jesus cradled Dragsooth in his arms and began to pet him "i forgive you for what you did today, and good job standing up to lucifer..."

Dragsooth: "aren't you going to punish me for disobeying you Master?"

Jesus: "no, i think the fear you felt in Hell was punishment enough, and after i forgive someone i don't want to punish them..." Jesus petted Dragsooth...

Chapter 5

In Hell,

the same 3 demons were standing in the torture chamber, lucifer came in.

lucifer: "well where is the purple dragon? is he locked away in a cell somewhere begging for mercy?"

demon: "well not exactly..."

lucifer: "did you torture him to death!?"

demon: "no..."

lucifer: "did you torture him at all?"

demon: "well... no..."

lucifer: "WHY NOT!?"

demon: "we didn't get a chance to, that tyrant Jesus appeared and paralyzed us with light, then he freed the purple dragon and we ran away.."

lucifer: "YOU COWARDS! I SHOULD TORTURE YOU MYSELF FOR WHAT YOU DID!... but i'm not going to, i have another idea, get 7 more demons here! we're going to raid The Golden Temple... well WHAT ARE YOU IDIOTS WAITING FOR GO!!!"

the demons went and gathered 7 more demons, they all went back to lucifer.

lucifer: "you 10 are to bring me all the holy relics you can steal from The Golden Temple... now GO!"

the 10 demons flew towards Heaven...


In Heaven,

Jesus was still on his throne, Dragsooth layed on the floor right beside the throne, two angel guards walked up to Jesus,

1st angel: "go on you tell the Master what happen..."

2nd angel: "i thought you were going to tell him..."

1st angel: "yeah well we all think things, now tell him."

Jesus: "tell me what?"

2nd angel: "Master, 10 demons ambushed us and stole some relics."

Jesus: "what were the relics?"

1st angel: "The Shroud of Turin, The Holy Grail..."

2nd angel: "oh and the painting of The Divine Mercy..."

Jesus: "was anyone hurt or kidnapped by those demons?"

2nd angel: "no Master, we were the only ones in there guarding the relics..."

Jesus: "it is good that you are safe..."

1st angel: "we'll assemble a team of angels to go down there and get the relics..."

Jesus: "no, there's no reason for anyone to risk their life for a relic... now go back to guarding the remaining relics."

1st angel: "yes Master."

2nd angel: "yes Master." the two angels leave...

Dragsooth: "Master, isn't there anything we can do to get those relics back?"

Jesus: "i know what you're thinking Dragsooth and it's no good, i will not send any of my children down there to retrieve the relics. it isn't worth it. and you are not to go down there, do you understand?"

Dragsooth: "yes Master i do..."

Get the situation entangled and problematic, if you have Jesus to stop anything that might require some effort or trouble, it gets boring soon.

Chapter 6

The next day,

Dragsooth walks out of the Temple, he notices a demon running toward the gates of Heaven and towards Hell. the demon has a relic, Dragsooth follows the demon into Hell, the demon continues fleeing, Dragsooth nearly catches the demon. lucifer comes out of nowhere and pinned Dragsooth to the ground. Dragsooth struggled to free himself but he couldn't.

Dragsooth: "please don't kill me!!"

lucifer: "oh i'm not going to kill you... well at least not yet."
lucifer grinned evily at him, he could see the fear in Dragsooth's eyes. lucifer knocked Dragsooth out using magic. lucifer took him to a cell and threw him in there he put a magic chain around Dragsooth's neck, the chain was attached to the wall, lucifer walked out and shut the cell door.

an hour later Dragsooth woke up "where am I?" he looked around he could see that he was in a small cell, he looked down and saw the chain around his neck "oh that's just perfect..." he bit the chain but it didn't break. "i guess this is what i get for disobeying the Master... again." he got up but he sat down on the stony ground, he bowed his head, closed his eyes and began to pray. he heard someone coming, he turned around and saw lucifer outside the cell.

lucifer: "praying is of no use to you, if your Master cared at all about you he would have come to save you."

Dragsooth backed up a bit "my Master dose care about me!"

lucifer: "we'll see how caring your Master is when he leaves you here!"

Dragsooth: "he'll save me and you'll pay for everything you did!"

lucifer: "he only wants you to worship him that's all, he never cared about you. you're only a pathetic slave to him!"

Dragsooth didn't say anything, lucifer walked away. Dragsooth layed down on the ground, he was losing hope.

chapter 7

Dragsooth heared someone coming but he didn't get up, two demons opened the cell door and walked inside, one of them took the chain off the wall and they both pulled Dragsooth out of the cell, he refused to go and tryed to stay in one spot but the demons dragged him out of the cell, they pulled him down a hallway and towards the torture chamber. Dragsooth's claws were scrapping against the ground as he was being dragged closer to the chamber.

Dragsooth: "if you two let me go free i'll convince my Master to let you back into Heaven..."

1st demon: "no, we have another master now..."

Dragsooth: "lucifer treats you horribly, he calls you names and he doesn't respect you, when you were angels the Master always respected you as his children, but lucifer doesn't even treat you like his brothers anymore, he treats you like... slaves!"

2nd demon: "don't talk about our master that way! you'll be begging him for mercy when he gets his claws on you!"

the demons continued to drag him towards the chamber. the demons dragged him into the torture chamber
lucifer was standing in there. Dragsooth saw something in his hand it was a wooden crucifix, lucifer pointed at the crucifix "renounce your Master and i'll spare you from pain!"

Dragsooth: "no, no i will never renounce the Master!"

lucifer: "we'll see how full of faith you are... CHAIN HIM TO THE WALL!"

the demons chained Dragsooth to the wall, he was hanging from the wall by his front paws. his back was facing away from the wall.

Dragsooth: "you might torture me but i'll never renounce my Master!!"

lucifer got out a whip "this is you're last chance you loyalist, renounce your Master... OR ELSE!" he cracked the whip.

Dragsooth was shivering with fear when he heard the sound of the whip "i will NEVER renounce my Master!"

lucifer hit Dragsooth across the back with the whip "RENOUNCE HIM!"

Dragsooth: "NO!"

lucifer whipped Dragsooth several times, Dragsooth cried in pain each time he was hit. he was hit about 40 times, when it was over lucifer laughed at Dragsooth's pain.

lucifer: "do you renounce your Master?"

Dragsooth: "...never..."

lucifer: "take him to a cell..."

the demons took Dragsooth down from the wall and put a magic chain around his neck and dragged him to a cell, and they chained him to a wall they left him there, his back was wounded from the severe whipping he endured.

lucifer came to the cell, he opened it, Dragsooth picked up his head and looked at him, lucifer had the crucifix with him, he threw it and it hit Dragsooth in the head.

Dragsooth: "OW CRUD!!" the crucifix landed on the ground in front of him.

lucifer: "take a good long look at it because that's the last you'll ever see of your Master..." lucifer left.

Dragsooth layed down and starred at the crucifix in front of him. with each passing moment that he starred at the relic a glimmer of hope passed through him...

chapter 8

Dragsooth kept starring at the crucifix, he began to pray outloud "Master if you can hear me please save me... i don't know how much more i can take lucifer wants to break me, i don't want to renounce you Master... please help me...Amen."

lucifer was outside the cell, he heard everything "don't you see when you disobeyed your Master he didn't want you around anymore, he left you here to punish you, just like he did to me. there's no way back to him now. he'll never take you back and there's no use trying to go back to him. you have one of two choices join me as my faithful servent or stay in that cell for all eternity and i get to torture you whenever i want, your choice..."

Dragsooth looked at him: "no! i will NOT betray my Master no matter what you do to me!"

lucifer: "how could you be loyal to him after he abandoned you!?"

Dragsooth: "the Master never abandoned me, he's figuring out a way to save me!"

lucifer: "how can you be so sure? maybe he's forgotten you already!"

Dragsooth: "he never forgets about his child..."

lucifer: "you still believe you're his child? how come he hasn't saved you already then?"

Dragsooth didn't say anything.

lucifer: "he won't save you because he has plenty of other slaves up there that do whatever he wants, he doesn't need you, you mean nothing to him now!"

Dragsooth stands up slowly and looks lucifer in the eyes"that's a lie! you're a liar! the Master dose want me back and he loves me! you're just full of hate! you're jealous of him you want his position ,his power, his throne and his glory! but you'll never get it, because the Master is better then you he always was, always is and always will be! you're just a pathetic wannabe!!"

lucifer was now angry, he opened the door and walked towards Dragsooth, he made magic chains come around Dragsooth's paws and he was chained up on the ground in front of lucifer, a whip appeared in lucifer's hand "this will teach you to insult me!!!" Dragsooth closed his eyes and braced himself, lucifer whipped him twice as hard and twice as much than last time, Dragsooth cried the entire time, when it was over lucifer had a grin on his face when he saw the tears in Dragsooth's eyes and the expression of fear and pain on his face, lucifer laughed "that'll teach you..." lucifer closed the cell door and left.

the magical chains from around Dragsooth's paws faded away, Dragsooth just layed there sobbing from the pain, he looked at the crucifix and began to pray "Master... please... get me out of here... i don't know how much more i can take... please get me out... please..." Dragsooth layed his head on the ground and took in some deep breaths. he was sobbing at the same time...

chapter 9

lucifer was in his lair trying to figure out a plan to attack Heaven, when he heard the voice of Jesus,

Jesus' voice: "lucifer... lucifer..."

lucifer: "what is it YOU want?"

Jesus' voice: "i come with a warning. let my child go lucifer, let my child go now before it's too late!"

lucifer: "i'm willing to negotiate with you... give me your position in Heaven and i'll give you your slave back..."

Jesus' voice: "i do not negotiate with the devil! i'm DEMANDING you let my child come back to Heaven NOW!"

lucifer: "and i'm demanding you give me your position in Heaven... or i'll just keep your slave and torture him until my demands are met."

Jesus' voice: "i will NOT give you my position! let my child go... or you will suffer!!"

lucifer: "apparently you don't know how serious i am about torturing him until you give me what i want!" lucifer walked out of his lair and towards the cells...

Jesus' voice: "lucifer if you hurt one scale on his precious head you'll regret it!!"

lucifer walked up to Dragsooth's cell and opened it, Dragsooth just layed on the ground, he was very weak from the previous whipping. lucifer made magical chains appear around Dragsooth's paws, a whip with a piece of metal appeared in lucifer's hand, he raised it but before he could do anything else he felt someone grab his wrist, he turned around and saw Jesus there, Jesus' touch burned lucifer and he passed out.

Jesus stepped over lucifer and he walked over to Dragsooth, Jesus made all the chains around Dragsooth disappear. he gently picked up Dragsooth and cradled him in his arms, as soon as Jesus touched him he was healed. Dragsooth looked up at Jesus.

Dragsooth: "Master, you saved my life... thank you... but i don't deserve your forgiveness or your kindness, i went against you Master, i deserved the whipping i got from lucifer..."

Jesus: "shhhh hush now don't you talk like that. you didn't deserve anything except my love and forgiveness. we'll talk about this more when we get back to Heaven. but don't you talk that way..." Jesus stepped over lucifer and carried Dragsooth all the way back to Heaven in his arms...

Chapter 10

Jesus carried Dragsooth to the Temple, Jesus sat down on his throne with Dragsooth laying in his arms. Dragsooth looked a little depressed though.

Jesus: "Draggy something's bothering you what is it?"

Dragsooth: "Master you're able to show me so much love even though i went against your will twice, i've sinned against you yet you show me forgiveness..."

Jesus: "of course i do. everybody sins and if they ask for my forgiveness they receive it, and i'm more than happy to forgive..."

Dragsooth: "but i don't deserve your forgiveness Master."

Jesus: "what did i say about talking like that, you're using a very negative tone, look when i died i died so that all the sins of the people that accept me as their Master may be forgiven. since you have accepted me i forgive everyone of your sins even if you don't deserve my forgiveness. i'm eager to forgive and i want you to be eager to receive my forgiveness. do you understand?"

Dragsooth: "yes Master, i do. i'm sorry that i spoke like that... lucifer told me all these horrible thing's about how you don't want me around, and how you don't love me anymore..."

Jesus: "lucifer is just jealous of you, he's jealous because he can never have the thing's you have, don't believe anything he says. he's not called the father of lies for nothing you know."

Dragsooth: "alright Master, i didn't believe anything he said about you anyways..."

Jesus: "good and you shouldn't. he said some nasty things about you too, he called you my slave, i never had any slaves, all i have is children."

Dragsooth: "i know Master... and i'm sorry that i disobeyed you again."

Jesus: "why don't you pray to me that'll make you feel better."

Dragsooth: "ok Master anything for you..." Dragsooth jumped out of Jesus' arms and bowed down really low in front of Jesus. Dragsooth begins to pray "Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of thy mercy, Amen." Dragsooth got up "how was that Master?"

Jesus: "that was excellent as allways... you're getting really good at memorizing prayers, now say the prayer i taught everyone to pray."

Dragsooth bows and begins to pray "Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, On earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. Amen." Dragsooth gets up.

Jesus: "good very good..." Jesus picks him up and cradles him in his arms "feeling better Draggy?"

Dragsooth: "yes Master..."

Jesus: "good..." Jesus pets Dragsooth on the head... Dragsooth eventually falls asleep.

Chapter 11

the next day Dragsooth walks out of the Temple, he walks over to the river of life and takes a drink, he hears someone behind him, he turns around and sees a female angel about his age standing behind him.

"hi..." she said and waved at him.

Dragsooth: "hello there. uh have we met?"

"no, but i do know you, you're Dragsooth."

Dragsooth: "yes and who might you be?"

"my name is Marissa..."

Dragsooth: "that's a pretty name."

Marissa: "thank you. your name is nice too. it means fire dragon, right?"

Dragsooth: "yeah."

Marissa: "hey do you want to hang out sometime?"

Dragsooth: "yeah, i'm free all day today..."

Marissa: "me too."

Dragsooth: "so what do you want to do?"

Marissa: "do you want to play tag?"

Dragsooth: "yeah."

she walks up to him and tags his wing "tag you're it." she flys away, Dragsooth flies after her, they fly through the clouds and above some trees until Dragsooth finally tags her, she turns around and flys after him with great speed, he flies the other way, he lands on the ground and begins to run happily through an open field, she lands in front of him and tags him.

Dragsooth: "ok, i guess you win..."

Marissa: "yeah i did win."

Dragsooth: "you're pretty fast."

Marissa: "thanks, you too."

they both layed down on their backs the grass, they were starring at the clouds above them

Dragsooth: "hey look at that cloud, it looks like a cross."

Marissa: "yeah the clouds sometimes look like that."

Dragsooth and Marrissa spent 5 minutes resting in the grass looking at the clouds roll by.

Marissa: "Dragsooth do you ever wish you could be an angel?"

Dragsooth: "no not really, i don't mind being a dragon, even though i'm the same species as lucifer."

Marissa: "really?"

Dragsooth: "yeah i really don't mind."

no one said anything for a moment.

Marissa: "i got to go home..." she got up.

Dragsooth got up as well "can i come with you?"

Marissa: "no! i mean don't you got to go back to the Master?"

Dragsooth: "oh yeah i do. uh do you want to come with me?"

Marissa: "no thank you, i've really got to go. good bye." she walked away...

Dragsooth: "huh weird. no one's refused an invitation to go see the Master before." Dragsooth walked towards the Temple.

Marissa did not go further into Heaven, she went towards the gates of Heaven and to the entrance of hell. she went through the gates and into hell. she flew all the way to lucifer's lair. she landed there and walked up to lucifer.

Marissa: "i'm back master..."

lucifer: "excellent, did anyone suspect you of being a spy?"

Marissa: "no, especially not that dragon..."

lucifer: "you met Dragsooth while you were up there, did you meet his "Holy" Master?"

Marissa: "no but i'll be sure to get close to him and gain his trust as well..."

lucifer: "you better do it soon, but gain Dragsooth's trust first, the closer you get to him the closer you get to his Master..."

Marissa: "i understand, get close to the dragon to get close to that tyrant. but maybe i can try to get the dragon onto our side..."

lucifer: "i already tried that, he's to attached to that Master of his!"

Marissa: "from what i understand you used force and fear to get to him, i'll try a different approach."

lucifer: "ugh you mean the approach of kindness and compassion!?"

Marissa: "yes, i know you don't like it but it won't be real..."

lucifer: "lying? i have taught you well, deceive him anyway you can..."

Marissa: "i will..."

lucifer: "oh and get out of that disguise...."

there was a big flash of darkness and Marissa was reverted back to her normal form, a red dragoness.

lucifer: "there you look much better. seeing you in that angel form was starting to bring back bad memories. the memory of being a slave to that tyrant! anyway you will go back to Heaven tomorrow!"

Marissa: "i will master..."

lucifer: "go and train in combat!"

Marissa went away, for some reason she couldn't stop thinking about Dragsooth. she had loved the time she had spent in Heaven with him, she had fun with him and she felt peace when she was in Heaven playing with him. she wished she could do it again...


In Heaven,

Dragsooth had gone back to the Temple, he walked up to Jesus.

Dragsooth: "Master, you will not believe the wonderful day i've had. i met this angel named Marissa and she and i played together and spent most of the day together. it was fun..."

Jesus: "well i see you finally found a friend."

Dragsooth: "i did, she's a good friend and she's fun to hang around with..."

Jesus: "well i'm glad you had fun today Draggy."

Dragsooth: "so am i Master. i'm going to meet her tomorrow..."
Dragsooth layed down by Jesus' throne and a few minutes fell asleep.

after abit of training Marissa went to her room and fell asleep, during the entire night she only dreams about Dragsooth and Heaven. she awoke in the morning with a rather peaceful disposition, she turned into her angel form and went to Heaven. she walked towards the Temple.


In the Temple

Dragsooth woke up

Jesus: "did you have a good sleep Draggy?"

Dragsooth: "yes Master, i had the most wonderful dreams, they were about Marissa."

Jesus: "well don't look now but she's heading towards the Temple..."

Dragsooth: "i'm going to go to meet her."

Dragsooth walked out of the Temple and he saw Marissa "hi Marissa"

Marissa: "oh hi Dragsooth."

Dragsooth: "how are you this fine morning?"

Marissa: "i'm fine..."

Dragsooth: "me too... do you want to join me in worshiping the Master?"

Marissa: "well... maybe later..."

Dragsooth: "why?"

marissa: "well i'll do it later... right now i just want to spend time with you..."

Dragsooth: "well ok..."

Marissa and Dragsooth spent the day playing together, at the end of the day Marissa noticed what the time was.

Marissa: "Dragsooth i got to go home..."

Dragsooth: "can i come with you?"

Marissa: "no... i can't have anyone over..."

Dragsooth: "whose stopping you? can i just see where your home is?"

Marissa: "no... i got to go..."

Dragsooth: "wait! why don't you come spend the night with me back at the Temple? i'm sure the Master won't mind..."

Marissa: "well, ok..."

Dragsooth and Marissa walked towards the Temple

Chapter 14

Dragsooth and Marissa walked up to the Temple, Jesus appears in front of them, Marissa stops and looks at him.

Dragsooth: "hello Master. is it alright if Marissa spends the night at the Temple?"

Jesus: "of course, come in..."

Dragsooth and Jesus walk in first, Marissa looks back towards the gates of Heaven, she slowly walks inside the Temple. Jesus sits on his throne, Dragsooth lays down beside the throne, Marissa sits on the floor beside Dragsooth. Jesus looks at her.

Jesus: "you shouldn't be sleeping on the floor, come here."

Marissa gets up off the floor and walks up to Jesus, he picks her up and cradles her in his arms.

Jesus: "there now isn't that better?"

Marissa nodded, she felt a wave of peace overwhelm her every second she stayed with him. Jesus smiles at her, she smiles at him too, she's never felt this peaceful and safe in her life, then she realized something... lucifer had lied to her about Jesus... she now felt love and respect for Jesus... she snuggled up closer to him and closed her eyes.

lucifer and a demon were spying on them by looking through one of the windows.

demon: "did you see that? she's cuddling up to him."

lucifer: "this cannot be real, Marissa cannot betray us!"


Marissa fell asleep in Jesus' arms...

lucifer and the demon disappeared...

Marissa woke up a few minutes later, Dragsooth was asleep, she looked up at Jesus.

Marissa: "Master?"

Jesus: "yes?"

Marissa: "i-... i'm sorry i'm so so sorry about working for lucifer..."

Jesus: "i knew you were working for him the whole time, but i wanted you to repent..."

Marissa: "can you ever forgive me...?" tears formed in her eyes and one rolled down her cheek, Jesus wiped away the tears from her eyes.

Jesus: "of course i forgive you... but you're going to have to tell Dragsooth sooner or later about what your intentions were."

Marissa: "i know Master..."

Jesus: "go back to sleep sweetie..."

Marissa fell asleep in Jesus' arms...
