I got everything but nightfall, including somehow steel plated smash hit ant nitro stealth stinger at some random store in amsterdam

Talked to Toys R Us in Cincinnati. They are not selling them today, but have them and will be selling them tomorrow.

I asked at my TRU and they said they had them out today including the legendary sky racing and everything sold out already. I questioned further and he scanned the tags on the pegs to show me :-(

Amazon has my delivery date for high volt and smash hit for oct 5th no date for nightfall yet

Nice find on the variant. Yes, Toys r us will have wave two to or row excusing Night Fall. Worker opened the boxes for me and all there is is Smash Hit and High Volt.

I would not trust a nightfall on a store shelf. Get ready for disappointment if you do.

They are slowly rolling out a patch. I have the patch on my PS4 and it is waiting for me on my 360. In theory that means that she will work....can report back in a week or so when I receive mine in the mail.

For a limited time yes. But they were also supposed to wait on everything else they kicked out on the shelves. Some retailers/managers are either ignorant or saying "If so and so put them out already, so are we."

This is the sloppiest wave 2 I've ever seen, and I don't think this is all on Activision, but stores just kinda doing their own thing in different places

It was a pretty sloppy launch release at some stores. Toys R Us and Best Buy had it down pretty well but Targets and Wal-marts in my area were pretty bad. One Wal-Mart still only has Trap Team on the shelves today.

yeah, I only have Wal-Mart, Target & Gamestop as options...Haven't seen Target's Superchargers selection yet, but Wal-Mart only seems to have the 2-packs, sea racing pack and vehicles, not one single pack character ( plus the mini & core 2-packs for Trap Team of Jet Vac/Pet Vac and Gill Grunt/Gill Runt and a couple water traps ). It was a miracle and a half they had an Olimar Amiibo ( and some Zero Suit Samus )....99% of their toys to life section is freaking Disney Infinity I hate that TRU & Best Buy get exclusives ( and better stock ), I can't make an hour-ish trip every time I want to check Skylanders & Amiibo stuff ( I have no vehicle or license...and my friends have lives that can't just pause to take me on a mall run )

I might pop over to TRu in abit to see if i can find that copper high volt as I'd love to find one.

Just left my local ToysRUs. They had a large amount of each vehicle and every character.

I was looking through boxes until, in the second to last one, there was a Copper High Volt. Bought him in a heartbeat!

My TRU wasn't so lucky. All normals!

No pictures or anything, but I'm friendly with the employees at TRU because I go there so often, and they read it off the list, saying it was the only skylanders thing on the list, other than wave 2.

Going to go get wave 2 at TRU today and the last of wave 1. So excited, I really want that High Volt chase variant.

Just got home from my TRU, they didn't have any of wave 2 out so I asked an employee and showed her the hot toy alert e-mail and she found them in the back, except she said they were street dated for the 20th. Wish they actually put them out earlier then I wouldn't have to make hour long trips there and back. But they had everything except for the combo packs and Nightfall. So if anyone has trouble finding them, show them a picture of the TRU email that Dark posted in some other thread, it really helped find them quicker.

Nope, these vendors has lost my confidence. I'm just waiting for the bike to get here in a week. No ones had their crap together, and most of the forum "leads" have been mostly store managers making mistakes.

TRU only had the wave 2 vehicles out. I asked out about the 2 figures and she said she put out all they had. Another TRU didn't have any wave 2 and worker couldn't find them.

WDM Iowa TRU has all the wave 2 except Nightfall, also the 2 packs are at Walmart picked up Jet-Vac last night.

My TRU didn't have them out either. The clerk I usually chat with thought i was mistaken because there wasn't a line of people there waiting for Skylanders. Then i showed him the email and he called someone to look. Took the other guy about 20 minutes to find em. I was able to get all 4 vehicles and both figures, there was plenty of everything.

Couldn't find the 2 packs at Walmart, but they had a lot of everything else for wave 1.

Nightfall is no longer part of Wave 2. The cases only had High Volt and Smash Hit. It was clear they just dropped two of each of them into Nightfall's location by the way they were sorted. A few of them were also bent making it pretty obvious they rushed to swap them out and jam the new ones in the case.

I have a feeling they patched to make the code work with existing figures (on the consoles that can patch), but their long term solution is to make it so the code they have in the game also works. Not all that many Nightfalls made it out - only some Targets, and it is easier to handle those cases on a one by one basis. But, the long term fix is to ship new figures that are compatible right out of the Starter Pack since not everyone can patch.

Oh and we saw one High Volt chase in the 6 or so cases, TakeYourLemons collects those and got lucky. We double checked the rest, but it was just that one.

Got my Burn Cycle, Stealth Stinger High Volt and Smash Hit. Didn't ask to see if the variant High Volt was out.
Just need Nightfall like everyone else that weren't lucky to have gotten her already.

I personally wouldn't count Nightfall as wave 2, because she was pushed back now.

I also got everything but the variant.

I went to TRU but only got the patina covered High Volt and burn cycle. I was annoyed that Nightfall wasn't out and still no double packs or triple packs.

I hope I'm not adding what someone else has already said.. I just quickly scanned the posts. But here's the full scoop on Toy's R Us...
I was adamant that they had them and at first they tried to argue that they didn't have them and that they don't get shipments on the weekend. I of course said "they should have been here by Thursday when you typically get your shipments in for the releases on for the weekend." They said they didn't get any emails about the release and I showed them my email picture and the dates and said "tomorrow is today". Once they realized I knew what I was talking about they tried a little harder. They dug a little harder in the back room and found 2 boxes of vehicles that included everything that should have been out today for Wave 2. The cases had a sticker that said "Release date on it of Sept 26th." I showed them the characters and said "these should be here too." They looked some more and to our surprise....drumroll, after the Manager opened EVERY case they had of Characters he found 1 case that had 2 different stickers on it! One sticker on one end said "release on Sept 20th" and the other end had the sticker that said "Release on Sept 26th!" I wonder how many employees only saw one end of the case and thought they were launch figures and not Wave 2? Nightfall wasn't in the case I saw though and I didn't see him at the midnight launch at Toys R Us either.
The Manager did say that Frightful Fiesta was supposed to release tomorrow, so he might have thought the other vehicles had the same date or something. He was shocked to hear that it was already available at Gamestop.
