Me: No its something different! AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DRAGONS OR POKEMON!

Lol anyways yes you’re heard right this RP isn’t about Dragons or Pokemon! Matter of fact this RP is about something else! (If you haven’t gotten the idea from the title of the RP) So lets get to the story!

Long ago in a distant past, two great kingdoms fought over control of a blade that legends state who ever wields it will shape the destiny of the world. Many kingdoms have risen and fallen due to war and strife. Each victor and champion who attempts to wield this mighty blade were thrown into the dark pits of corruption and insanity. Countless warriors lost their lives over this precious treasure. This legendary blade of the gods, was known as the Moonlight Greatsword. Even now war still rages on.

Kingdoms of Lumos and Altisa fight over the divine sword. That is where our story begins of the Battle of Dusk Valley with a young knight in training name Gale. Who in a despite attempt to save his kingdom of Lumos used the power of the Moonlight Greatsword. But unlike others before him the Moonlight Greatsword granted him the power to defeat the invading forces of Altisa with a magical blast of moonlight chasing them away. But it was far too late for his kingdom was in ruins and his king dead. With no choice Gale wielder of the Moonlight Greatsword lays unconious on the battlefield drain of the power. As a much greater threat looms over the horizon, can Gale learn to control the power of the divine greatsword in time?

Now here is my first character in this RP

Weapons: Moonlight Greatsword*
Magic: Able to use magic through the use of his Moonlight Greatsword such as sending waves of light.
Occupation: Adventurer
Appearance: Dark brown hair with hazel eyes, muscular body. Wearing light leather armor (Not at first through)

Backstory: Gale the son of theGreat Lumous Knight Alexander. Gale joined the knighthood just like his father when he became of age to protect his kingdom like his father before him. But when the time came to defend Lumous Gale failed his duty. But he was able to claim vengeance upon the enemy by using the power of the Moonlight Greatsword. Gale is now seeking to find the true power of the Moonlight Greatsword since he became its wielder.

Appearance: tall muscular and pale with black hair and silver Armour
Backstory: a survivor of the battle for Dusk Valley with his king dead and no kingdom to return to he searched for other survivors, they were few, he now seeks a place in the world, weather it be trying to pull his dead kingdom together or to wander the world as a blade for hire... he doesn't know yet. but maybe, just maybe, there is hope yet.

Magic: Raw shadow magic that allows him to disappear into the darkness and move silently. Can also manipulate darkness and gravity slightly.
Occupation: Thief/Mercenary. Pay enough money and he'll kill or steal anything.
Appearance:
Backstory: Being a Kitsune, other races have always shunned his village and way of life because of their unnatural and beast-like look. Kabber wanted from a young age to show the world that Kitsune were great and powerful beings. Years of training built him into a fine weapon and if not for his fur, his personality would be mistaken for a humans. A raid on his village changed his outlook, his friends and family killed as he was training in the nearby hills. Kabber sought revenge and slaughtered a nearby encampment of elves, blaming them for the attack. He later learned that it was another tribe of his own kind, the Waria, who destroyed his life. His morality broke down, and he became a traveling mercenary. He now believes that anthromorphs like him do not belong with modern society, seeing that even his own kind will kill another.

This character is based off of one of my Pathfinder characters, although I have altered him a bit to make roleplaying easier (making him blind in one eye instead of deaf, ect...)

Race: Idyllkin Aasimar

Weapons: Wields a quarterstaff. Has a Celestial Wolf animal companion named Snow.
Magic: Healing/Buffing, Lunar magic, can manipulate luck to an extent. (I'll work on narrowing down the specific powers he has)
Occupation: Oracle, fortune-teller, healer.
Appearance: A somewhat resilient-looking figure that almost completely covers his skin with leather armor, and wears a mask with a muzzle-like feature to cover his face. His eyes are visible, one of them golden and bestial-looking, while the other one is white, and completely clouded. He uses his hidden appearance to his advantage, as having an unknown face makes him more 'mysterious' as a fortune teller.
In actuality, his agathion traits have come through in much greater amounts than normal for his kind, giving him a muzzled, lupine face, fur-covered body, claws, and tail. He hides his appearance to avoid being mistaken for a werewolf and hunted by would-be warriors. As much as he'd deny it, though, he takes great pains to make his body somewhat attractive, in case he met anyone that could be willing to see past his bestial features.

OOC: Aasimar in Pathfinder are normally humans that have a bit of angelic influence in their bloodline, but with Idyllkin, they're specifically descended from humans that have a bit of agathion (good-aligned bestial beings of similar power) instead. He won't be noticeably more powerful than a human of similar physique, though.

Race: Dark Iron Dwarf

Magic: Elemental (mostly flame but Ice as well, rarely he mayuse Earth or electricity)
Occupation: Mercenary
Appearance: Short dwarf with a rugged silver beard and coal-black skin, piercing orange eyes. Silver marka adorn his arms and hands, single gold ring throuhh his right ear.
Backstory: Once Raknarisz was a regular dwarf named Anvilmar. Yet he left his father, Muradin, in order to learn the ways of the elements, however, upon atempting to summon a Greater Fire Element, Ragnaros, Anvilmar's spirit was sundered by the flamd and he was drawn into the elemental. Years later, he managed to gain control over the elemental, and destroyed it, yet it meant two things, he was now a Dark Iron Dwarf, and two, it cost him great effort to access any element other than fire. Due to the second thing, he knew he'd nwver be able to become a full shaman, as a true shaman had to be at peace with ALL elements, something Anvilmar could not do, and because of the loss of his hopes and dreams, and the changw in his body, he changed his named from Anvilmar, which meant 'one of stone' to something he derived from the elemwntal, ragnaroa, whose nam meant 'Sunderer'. So Anvilmar changed his ne to Raknarisz, which meant, 'Sundered One'.

Appearance: She is a snow leopard mixed with a pronghorn antelope. Her eyes, tongue, paw pads are light neon blue. She has a casual traveling outfit and her royal garments.
Backstory: Somnium as a young child was found in the desert alone and taken in by the small kingdom that resided there. They made her a princess but she was nothing like the elves there, as she got older she was determined to find out who she was and where she came from and why she was in the desert. She set out to find out who she was and has been wandering since.

Waves crash against the beach of a once great kingdom of Lumous, the ruins of what it was. Its once wonderous glory is now wash away in a river of blood and destruction. Yet there was no since of violence, no despite pleas or cries over the dead or wounded. There was nothing but silence. Was this death? Was this peace? Or was this another aftermath of a bloody and pointless war? Is it human nature to destroy what they built by their own hands? The answer is unclear...

Laying in a pool of blood and mud a young knight lay holding a pale greatsword that shimmers like the moon in a starless night. Asleep and alone he laid, unaware of the threat looming just over the horizen. No his mind went back, back to his failure. Back to when he witness his kingdom fall before his eyes. His friends and comrade die before his eyes. And yet...he feels nothing. But with a painful gasp he awoke jolting up from the ground as he looks around the destruction around him. "Where is everyone? How am I still alive?" he wonder as he use the Pale blue greatsword within his hands for support as he stood up.

standing among the wreckage the empty feeling of failure krept within him, his helmet in hand and his shield and sword on his back, his pale face shown no emotion, looking around for anyone, any life... any remembrance of a life once lived, and comrades who once drank from the same goblet, "my king, my comrades.... im sorry."

OCC: Spotalope, anthropomorphic combination.

Walking along the shoreline of the beach, a druidic-looking figure solemnly observed the scar that had been placed on this once tranquil land, alongside a large, white, lupine form.

Occ: Uhhhh..Anthropomorphic what...?

Backstory: Drake once had a mom and dad but they didn't want him because he was a shape shifter minotaur so they left him in the woods where he trained his minotaur shape shifting. He later defended the castle of Lumous.

Drake got up, there was tears in his clothes. He looked at the remains of the castle of Lumous. 'The castle.... I've failed the king. I promised I would do my best to defend this kingdom. I failed. I should feel ashamed.' Drake got up and walked to the wreckage to see what he could salvage.

Somnium walked towards the ruins that was Lumous her white cloak with gold trim flapped in the wind behind her. "What happened here?" She asked her self looking at the destruction that lay there before her.

Drake looked through the wreckage and managed to find a few of his items- his spare axes, his belts he wears in minotaur form, and a portait of his mom and dad. Then, Drake noticed Somnium on the other side of the wreckage. He hadn't seen her before in the kingdom, so he imemdiantly turned to Minotaur form and was on guard.

Fang paced the heart of the wasted battlefield, eyeing each body he came across and checking a small piece of paper. Name after name was crossed off as he walked, his innermost feelings content. "Good haul..." he spoke to himself, pulling one of his lost kunai out of a body. He flicked the blood off of its sleek black form and sheathed it in his satchel. "And there, the moneymaker." he said as he stopped in front of a brilliantly armor-clad body, impaled by his Katana. He circled a name on his sheet and proceeded to pull out his blade, viscus blue liquid seeping from the edge as the body's Mana was absorbed into it. "Lets just hope that my employer is still alive, now that the fighting stopped." Fang took a moment and looked at the scenery of the ruined city, perched atop a mound of bodies and upturned earth. "It really is a shame though. I kinda liked this place." He sighed and continued, folding his checklist and placing it into one of his many hidden pouches.

Gale looked around, "Hello?! Anyone out there?!" the young knight called out as the pale greatsword glowed softly like starlight. His voice echoes throughout the empty battlefield drench in blood and weapons.

Drake heard Gale and took his attention away from the figure on the other side of the wreckage. He changed back to human and yelled to Gale. "Gale!" Drake said running to him.

Hearing gales call Victor jumped to it, sprinting through the field he donned his plate helmet. "HELLO?!"

"Over here!" Drake yelled as Victor came running in their direction.

Hearing the commotion Somnium made her way toward the yelling calmly to see what was going on, she had many questions that she wanted answered.

Shortly after Gale's call had been sounded, a white wolf, ridden by what seemed to be a masked figure approached those who had gathered quickly, slowing its approach as the two neared them.

Drake noticed the Spotalope heading towards them. "Hello." Drake said.

The scattered calls surrounded him, and were closer than Fang had really hoped. "Damn, there are others." he growled under his breath. He made a rapid succession of hand signs and vanished in wisps of shadow magic, becoming camouflaged with the colors of the deceased all around. 'Hopefully this won't last too long. I need to get to my employer before dawn.' he thought from his hidden spot. Slight trails of shadow magic remained in the air, that only the well-trained eye could see.

((OOC: I replaced my character's placeholder name, and his name is now Garou Mangetsu, with the GM's permission.))

"It seems we were able to find some survivors after all..." the figure called, as he hopped off of the giant wolf's saddle. Every bit of his body was covered by the leather armor that more agile fighters were known to use, save for one feature: a mask that covered his face, jutting forward as if he'd had a muzzle concealed underneath it, himself. He pulled a quarterstaff that was holstered on his back out, but rather than hold it forward as a weapon, he used it to support his weight, as a walking stick.

"Have any of you need of healing?" he asked, as his free hand began to softly glow with a pure light.

"My clothes need healing..." Drake joked.

"Hello" Somnium said from under her cloak and then silently looked across the group she had walked up to.

drawing his shield "Who are you? I dont recognize you..."

"I recognize her species," Drake said. "Spotalope."

Garou gave a soft chuckle at Drake's joke. "Well, I am much better at mending flesh than cloth."

OCC: I am sorry i didnt mention it early a Spotalope is a one of a kind species, there is only one of her.

Fang stiffened as the other beings gathered around him. He felt a draining in his stomach, he must be low on magical power. He hoped that his camo held. He just looked like another dead human among the masses, directly next to the growing group. 'Need more magic...' he thought hastily, and slowly reached for one of his kunai, only to realize that he only had one and it was void of any essence. 'Damn!'. then he caught a gleam out of the corner of his eye; the other kunai! Two kunai protruded out of a body, glowing blue and brimming full of magical energy from the body they killed.
