They will be produced as Skylanders. They don't have an amiibo base. But you can still play with them as an amiibo. So I think everyone will be able to get some!

They are Superchagers and Amiibos. You turn the base to switch between the two modes. I watched the announcement a bit ago with Reggie and an Activision dude. It's real and I think that they will be produced by Activision (as will be the cars) so supply should be plentiful as Activision knows the score and produces lots of product.

It's a good thing I have a Wii up in my attic I can set up downstairs next to my xbox one so whenever I want to play SuperChargers with Bowser and Donkey Kong
I can set it up downstairs only thing is I might not be able to buy much of wave 1 getting Xbox one and wii version

They do look fake, but then again I fully expected them to introduce crossover characters (I thought Transformers actually)...but I'm confused. Would they play on a Playstation or an Xbox? This would be the first time Nintendo properties would be legally played on one of those systems, correct? Or perhaps they will have their own characters like that fighting game (Soul Caliber?) had about 10 years ago with Link, Yoda, and some Tekken guy?

I know I am in the minority but I am going with LAME. I do not have any nintendo products and refuse to buy a game system for them. I will be very upset if it replaces a skylander. I am one of those people who hate negativity but I cannot help but feel disappointed in Superchargers so far.

This is insulting considering all toys are meant to be compatible with all versions of all the games....I'm not fussed by them compared but I think its sad....it makes it scream that the only machine to play superchargers on is the wii u, all other platforms are worthless yet we have the weakest console.
