On myskylanders.de I found a article about a dark edition starter pack, who do you think will be in it?

Same characters as the regular Starter Pack, just dark

It'll be interesting to see what they do with the traps in that pack though.

Maybe they'll include the Kaos Trap? Or they'll include the regular Traps, but one has a special villain stored on it?

yes this can be it i think. they must have something special to offer and Kaos Trap will be good for this.

I wonder if Dark Snap Shot would have a non-colored weapon. Sounds nice.

Dark Snap Shot
Dark Food Fight
Dark Gearshift
Dark S4 Spyro
Dark Funny Bone

I'm hoping for Dark Blades, but I'm biased. I'd like a Dark Blades, as I imagine him having a moveset like did in SSA 3DS, so a Dark version would suit him if that's the case.

-Dark Snap Shot
-Dark Wildfire
-Dark Food Fight
-Dark Chopper
Dark versions of the traps that either have a dark villian pre loaded or turns any villian dark when in the trap
-Kaos trap

I'd definitely expect a Dark Chopper, seeing how he's so popular.

If i get a dark chopper i will also get a normal one even though I dont lik to have many doubles

I get doubles of my favorites too when multiple poses exist.

I expect a Dark Chopper (and want) and an extra trap with a preloaded dark villain

It would just make so much sense to put the Kaos trap in Dark Edition if this is real.

Because he's popular - it owuld be the opposite.

Think about the SF starter pack - they had arguably the worst, maybe second worst new character thrown in, along with a S3 repose...to go along with the existing S3 repose.

Now I LOVE your idea about Kaos Trap, but I'd expect more of the same, maybe Dark ShroomBoom and Dark Torch or Fist Bump.

I mean if I had it my way...I'd run with your Kaos idea, and have Dark Wildfire/Jaw Breaker with Dark Blades...

But that won't happen.


Maybe they play the early release game with a Kaos statue and Gearshift *dark*, knowing that regular won't be released until Wave 3 or 4.

I'm expecting they will release it separately, but if they put it in the Dark starter, people would get it packaged with the game which I think is a smart idea. It would help people who wants the Kaos Trap with the game on release day. But I'm hoping they'll release it in a single pack on release day for the people who get the standard edition of the game.

Really I think the traps in the pack will be the thing that makes me coose to get it or not.

If this dark edition has nice looking characters I will wait until black friday (or a sale) to get the dark edition rather than the regular, considering I have DI 2.0 to get too. *watches wallet burn*

I hope this is true, but I hope it doesn't have a dark Shroomboom. He'll be the reason I won't want to get it. If any repose gets stuck in there, I'd like to see a dark beast form of Pop Fizz.

I agree, unless they can top Fizzy Frenzy Pop Fizz, I won't want any other reposes in the Dark starter then him.

Not another Dark Starter pack. The ssf one wasnt worth my time since I only kepr Dark Stealth Elf. The poster is not worth much and what else? Different coloration...?
I'm skipping the Dark Starter pack, as I like the originals better this time around. And a good 80% of the characters dont appeal to me already.

Though, I'm not going to believe 100% of it yet until I see an actual box.

The links don't work anymore. Assuming that this wasn't a mistake, they need to get this up and going for preorder ASAP. There are going to be a lot of upset customers who want this, but are stuck because they preordered elsewhere.

If there is a dark edition i'll buy that and skip the egular till this time next yr. For the 2nd yr in a row ive gotten the start pack for $10=-$20 range if i wait till june/july. I just picked up a 360 version of swap force for $10+ tax (after the walmart chips coupon)

I wouldn't be 100% confident, but it's reasonable I think to be fairly confident nonetheless. These info leaks have a trend of coming true.

That's an excellent suggestion. I will do this unless it's $40 more than the regular again (Australia).

I did it the other way round and was very lucky to get the Dark Starter on sale.

Dark Edition was great for SwopForce but that cow has been milked . How about a Legendary or Light core Starter edition ?
