A land engulfed within an endless winter. It happened one day with no warning nor explanation. Lakes and rivers froze over, plants and wild life began to die, temperatures dropped, the ground piled high with piles of snow. People became trapped in homes, schools, stores, etc, and many froze to death. A great castle of ice arose on the top of a large mountain, a thin, white, sparkling gas rising from the top of the highest tower and into the clouds. The snow seemed to be coming from this castle, created via the magic of a little girl. The girl had unique powers to control and create ice and snow, but unfortunately the wrong people got this information. A group of high level bandits kidnapped her, and forced her to lock the land into an endless snow storm. In doing this, they ensured no one could mess or foil their evil deeds. The leader of the group was a man much like the girl, in being able to control an element. He actually could control shadows and darkness, using it to also to make the land dark. The sun never rose and the moon was absent from the sky. Many have tried to upraise and destroy the castle, but all have failed and died in the process. Many have given up hope, but not everyone. Some people who were sick of the snow have come together to defeat the bandits. They are not like the others that have tried, no, they are different, they wield supernatural powers as well. They must journey from the small, hidden town of Valencia through the frozen valley, across the icy river, and up to the Castle of Ice to defeat the bandits and save Glacia. Be warned, as the other members of the group will stop at nothing to make you all fail and perish trying.

The anger within him gave him the power to control fire. He then dedicated himself to destroy all the bandits by training himself with the machete, his fists, and his fire powers

Personality: Arrogant, self-centered, and self-entitled. She feels work is beneath her and uses her power to get others to do things for her.

History: The disowned heiress to a far off kingdom, Kana found her way into Blerk's group. She later recruited Mei, Kai, and Runo, yet unbeknowst to the others in the group, the three are under Kana's control. She aims to get Glaica for herself and use her powers to take back her throne.
Weapons: None. She's too lazy to actually weild one.

Name: Runo Yasane

Personality: A hunter at heart, she has a tendency to watch her prey and learn everything she can before she strikes.

History: Was part of a group of secret agents who had attempted to defeat Blerk in the past, yet was taken by Kana and brainwashed into working under her.

Personality: A strong willed fighter, who is a one-woman army. She is a born leader who can inspire others and will be the first to charge into battle when needed.
Appearance:
History: A long time ago, she was in a dance group and had worked her way up to one of their heads. Eventually, when Glacia was taken and the town turned cold, Mei rallied together a group of fighters to defeat Blerk. She led the charge into the castle, yet was quickly defeated by Kana's powers.

Personality: Calm and collected, Kai is rather relaxed.

History: Worked alongisde Mei as co-leader of a dance group. When she led a group of townspeople into battle, he went alongside her, having been her friend and partner in the dance group for years. During the attack on the castle, Kana intercepted him and easily took control of his mind, using him not long after to defeat Mei and capture her as well.

Personality: Red is quiet but disturbingly dissonant. He is fearless, self-serving, and plays by his own rules. However, he is what many would say is 'Virtuously Vile', someone completely evil but honorable and a fair fighter
Appearance: Dark crimson hair with a necklace, green eyes, sharp teeth, scars mostly on his eye and his torso, hood with a red rope holding it together
History: Not much is known about his past, but he is a bounty hunter who takes his job seriously. He plans to kill the girl because he wants to see her parents break down

Name: Jason Grace
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Power: Aerokinesis and electrokinesis
Personality: Jason has, and always will be, a shy guy. He tends to stay off on the side, away from any of the social gatherings, or from anything where it was more than just him and his few friends. He can be a people lover at times, and was the life of the party once, but he prefers to stay in the shadows, out of the spotlight. As for how he truly acts, when you get to know him, he's a sweet, caring guy. He can easily make any of his friends laugh, and when they're asked to describe him, they usually say. "Funny and kind." He's also very protective of his friends, and doesn't want them to get hurt. Physically or emotionally. He is very loyal as well.
Appearance: He stands at about 6'1' and has a very tanned skin color. Not too tanned, so as not to look like an orange, but really tan. He is also lightly muscled. He has a high jawbone and cheekbone, with a regular nose. And regular shaped face. He has a mop of dirty blonde hair, with a random streak of a white-ish color going down the middle. His hair goes down to about three fourths down his forehead, and all the way down his neck. His eyes have dark brown, almost black, rings around the irises. In the irises themselves, he has a light brown/golden color, with flecks of green in there. He also has a ring of a hazel around his pupils, making his eyes look really cool.

As for what he wears, his shirt he is most seen wearing is a purple tee shirt, with a golden thunderbolt striking down the middle. He wears a black jacket over that, with a pair of blue jeans. Another main outfit of his, is a green shirt with a design that looks like a bunch of wind flying across his shirt. He doesn't wear a jacket over this, and wears blue jeans with it. When he's not wearing these, he's wearing different color shirts, with all sorts of designs.
History: Jason was a very silent child. Though, even with his silent qualities about himself, and the fact that he'd much rather read a book, or even just sit in his bed, thinking about anything and everything, he would climb into the top of the roof and jump onto the trampoline that they had in their backyard. Not only did he do that crazy stunt, he'd also do some other stunts. Once, he got his skateboard up there on the roof with him, and rode down the roof, onto the trampoline. He almost broke his neck, but it was cool. It was these things that lead to him being a storm chaser. And one other thing.

One day, he had been walking home from school, when he was about 14, on a sorry day. When he got inside, he was a both to ask throughout the house where his parents were when his mom showed up hugged him, and dragged him to their basement, saying that a tornado was coming. When he began to protest, she showed him the window at the back of their house. In the far off distance, but close enough that it would definitely hit them, eventually, was a tornado forming. Shocked, they raced back to the basement, and waited out the storm. When they felt it had passed, they opened it up and saw their house destroyed. After that Jason was always fascinated by tornados, and wanted to explore everything about them. And try to figure out if there was a way to stop them.

On one of his chases, he was sucked into the tornado. This wasn't an ordinary tornado. It was an electrical tornado, and while he was being flung around in the tornado, he had been given the powers over air and lightning. When he awoke, he realized what he could do, and started to train with his powers, in hopes of finding a way to stop tornadoes.
Weapons: He can create any sort of weapon out of air or electricity, but he prefers a sword, or a bow and arrows.
Other: He can create weapons made out of air, and he was a storm chaser before he discovered his powers.

Name: Gryffin Becerra

Power: Shapeshifting
Personality: Gryffin is actually rather outgoing and carefree. He is must more relaxed than tense about stuff. He is usually a kind soul, but can get into fights easily.
Appearance:
History: Gryffin had known Glacia long before she was captured. He was good friends with her and took care of her. He was deeply upset when he learned of her kidnapping and when she was forced to freeze the land. He will stop at nothing to make the bandits pay.
Weapons: Claws, fangs, etc. depending on what form he's in.

Name: Leon Alastor (Goes by the name 'Midnight')
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Power: Darkness
Personality: Leon was always a quiet boy, but once you get to know him, he's a very loyal, compassionate and trustworthy person. He usually is on edge, and finds it very hard to put his trust in people. When he gets angry, he cant control it, and gets carried away
Appearance: Black shaggy hair which goes down to his neck, Bright blue eyes, pale skin, quite tall and medium build, always wears a black and white bandana, covering his mouth, Black long sleeved shirt, Leather bracers, leather gloves, A grey coat, going down to his knees, black baggy pants, Heavy terrain leather boots, His bow, quiver and sword are all found on his back, and his knife at his waist.
History: Leon been alone since the age 13, his family was slaughtered by bandits while he was out gathering supplies. He's been surviving by himself ever since. He's never had a friend since he left home.
Weapons: A longsword, made of pure steel with a golden hilt, a Long bow and a little hunting knife.

Gender: female
Power: Sort of a mix between darkness and fire- that is, she can form pure darkness to use as weapons. Too much and she could lose control. As for fire, it's more like an emotional ability. She can radiate heat, but it's small and is usually only used to help friends.
Personality: Shy and quiet to outsiders, however is very friendly, bright and loyal to people she knows well.
Appearance: Black hair with red streaks (she was named for the red in her hair), her outfit is done in a black and red color scheme. Also wears a long black cloak.
History: Ember is a small girl for her age. She grew up pretty much ignored by other kids, which was fine. However, she was teased and bullied once hitting middle school, and accidentally injured some of the bullies after using powers she didn't know she had. Terrified, she ran off, using her skills to fend for herself. One day she was captured by a gang alongside another teen named Erianna. The two shy girls managed to team up and break free, and have been inseparable ever since. They heard of a land covered in snow and wondered if their extraordinary powers could be of use...

Power: Nature, can create and control wildlife.
Personality: Shy, introverted, quiet, make her mad, and (mimics explosion with hands) KABOOM.

History: She lost her family to the freeze and wants to avenge them every chance they get. Unfortunately she was given the wrong information and is now after the little girl instead.

Red looked around the village, he was certainly a sight to see. He was hired to kill the people who kidnapped the girl and he was going to definitely get the job done with his pyrokinesis.

Name: Blake Jaynes
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Power: Healing Powers
Personality: Blake is rather reserved and quiet, not liking to be in the position where somebody expects him to speak, as, he can't speak at all. Around a few select people, he is open and acts sociable. His best friend Tristyn is the one who brought his esteem back up and has helped him through everything. He usually expresses himself through action, but does carry a notebook and pencil when he needs to "talk."
Appearance:
History: Blake became mute when his family's barn caught on fire while he was inside. The smoke had severely damaged his vocal cords and left him unable to speak. With the barn gone, his family had to do more and more work to stay on their feet. Right when they would have made enough to escape debt, the snowstorm hit and all their crop was lost. Blake had went to go and get some supplies from a nearby store when he overheard some people talking about ending this blizzard. Curious, he followed them.

Gryffin sat on the roof of a long abandoned building, frozen vines snaking across the walls. He looked over to the arched rock entrance to the town, watching people come in. Surrounding the village was tall, dead looking trees, the leaves having fell awhile ago. Wrapping his arms around his legs, he cursed the cold under his breathe. Even with his jacket, he still shivered.

Ember arrived in Valencia, glancing around her. The small, quaint town was as silent as the new snowfall. And that's not even new, she thought. Ember had been traveling lands for a long, long time, beside her friend Erianna. The two used their unusual powers to help out those in need. Once they'd heard of a flash snowstorm befalling this land, Ember thought that it would be a snap to fix.

And here she was, wrapping her cloak around her and shivering in the cold. She desperately wished she could use her fire powers, but there was nothing to make them activate. Nothing but numbness, but white, but loneliness...

Erianna! The girl stopped in her tracks as she realized her closest friend was not near her. They must've gotten separated! ...Or something. Stupid snow. "Erianna!" Ember called desperately. Without her she was nothing. "Erianna where are you?!" She backtracked out of the town and tried to see through the storm, but a fierce wind stuck her long hair to her face and made seeing impossible. Ember cried out in alarm.

History: Lived out on the countryside with his friends playing music and relaxing. When the cold came, his girlfriend got him to help fight and save things.

Personality: Rather agressive, she likes to fight and is very strong. she tends to rush into battle without always thinking thigns through.

History: Her dad was a soldier and trained her to fight. She lived with her friends on the countryside. When it got cold she convinced them to do something. is dating Seiki.

Personality: rather laid back and go with the flow. likes the wilderness and to run about in the woods and be free. isn't really one to sit still for too long.

History: Lived out on the countryside with her brother seiki and his girlfriend. she did alot of camping and exploring in the woods near her house and became rather adept to nature. when hoshi suggested fighitng when thigns got cold, she agreed to bring back nature.

Jason cursed as he trekked through the frozen lands, wrapping his arms around himself. He then wished he had brought a scarf with him before he decided to go outside. "God damn it!" He yelled, rubbing his arms. "It's so ****ing cold." He said, not really paying attention to where he was walking. He then cursed as he slipped on a the edge of a little valley-like-thing and fell to the bottom. He was laying in a very small river of bone-chilling water, rushing past him, soaking him to the bone. "Agh!" He yelled, flying into the air, and striking a tree with his lightning in hopes of starting a fire. It worked. "Thank god!" He yelled, running to the fire, and sitting by it. "Why didn't I do this earlier?" He asked himself, rubbing his body as he absorbed the heat from the fire.

Seiki, Hoshi, & Shiori walked through the town. They weren't sure just where they were going, or much less if they were meeting up with anyone. Hoshi had over heard of some others wanting to storm the castle, yet she hadn't really caught anything about an organized group, much less if the people were even serious about it.
Growing a little tired, they took rest towards the middle of the town near an abandoned building. The area was rather run down with the land having begun to overtake the buildings in the area before the ice came along that is, haulting nature's growth.

"E-Erianna!" Ember whispered, hugging her friend. "We got separated! I made it to the town, but didn't see you so I ran back. I heard you call and I was gonna warn you about that bridge, but you made it, thank goodness." The wind whipped around the two girls, as if trying to separate them, but Ember didn't let go.

Jason had been just sitting next to that fire, controlling it by keeping it trapped in that little area with some wind. "Okay!" He yelled, getting up, feeling really warm. "I'm going back to the village." With that, he began to run towards the village.

While on his way back, he had taken the route to the village that had a bridge. When he got to that area, he saw two people hugging each other at the other side of the rover, with the bridge being broken. He decided to just hide behind one of the trees, lest they be some of Blerk's men.

Age: 15
Gender: Male
Power: Dante has slight healing abilities, though healing process is slow.
Personality: Usually prefers to be alone, but that could be quickly changed with enough convincing. Dante is also rather silent, doesn't speak too much either. Overall however, he is kind hearted, and doesnt intend on doing anything bad. He is more comfortable around animals than people.
Appearance:
History: Dante was a helper at the local animal shelter before this happened, making sure the animals at the shelter got the best care he could give them. The freezing weather and snow had killed off most of the animals in that shelter, and he was quite angered and saddened by this, so he set off to find what had actually caused this. He doesnt know that it was the little girl that caused this, due to not speaking to many people thus not knowing much about what is going on.
A little more into his past however, His family line actually comes from somewhere that had seemed to of been forgotten/fictional. In fact, he might not be fully human, as his ears are slightly pointed. Though this is usually hidden, and he hides it well. Healing powers are actually passed down in his family, as long as someone is able to keep the secret, they are trusted with these powers.
Weapons: A old sword his family had, passed down from generations.
Other: Nothing else

Ember heard Erianna cough, a bit worried. But her friend was tough; a little cold wasn't that bad. She nodded, letting go and staring into her friend's eyes intently. "Yeah, there's a town," she replied. "It started with a V. Val...something. There were a couple people around..." Ember shivered again, but not completely from the cold this time. "M-m-maybe we could find some place to warm off..."

Gryffin looked down to a see a trio standing next to the same building. He gasped when some snow fell onto his head from a tall tree.

Blake gingerly walked into the village, quickly fleeing to hide behind a large tree after following a couple people. He didn't really understand why he had followed them, nor why they are all here. This village had never been heard of.

Dante slowly walked through the snow, shivering with every few steps. He was alone, but also almost completely froze. He wasn't used to this cold weather, and needed shelter, fast. He had his brown cloak wrapped around himself as he walked through the thick snow. If anyone found his footprints, they might have been able to find him..

Ember smiled and took Erianna's hand. She also didn't want to lose her friend to the swirling whiteness. Taking a few steps forward, following her previous tracks into the town, she managed to take Erianna to the arched rock entrance. She squinted up at the words: Welcome to Valencia. "We're in," Ember said to Erianna. "We should…look for other people, right?"

Dante tried to look where he was going, but it was nothing but white, white everywhere. He sighed, his breath freezing and able to be seen. He needed to find shelter, his time was running out.

Jason had begun to try to think of something to get across the river. Then it hit him. Literally. The wind knocked into him, and he got the idea. "I could just fly over it." He said, flying over the river, and running after the two strangers.

Ember nodded. She looked around again, figuring if there was somebody nearby that they'd stand out. She heard someone behind them and whipped around, seeing Jason. "H-hey!" she shouted.

Jason stopped in his tracks when he heard Ember say his name. "Um....hello?" He said waving at the two girls. "And you are?" He asked them, creating a knife of lightning behind his back, just in case they were new recruits to the bandits.

Muttering, Gryffin stood and jumped from the roof, landing feet first into a pile of snow. "****" he said as he lost balance and fell into the pile all the way. Snow flew upwards around him like feathers.

Dante turned around, he thought he heard someone fall from somewhere and into the snow. He walked in that direction, and being in luck, soon finding Gryffin.

Blake watched the interactions between many of the people, still to afraid to actually talk to any of them. He had to admit that he snickered a bit when the one blonde guy fell down into the snow.

Dante continued to walk over to where he heard the noise, soon seeing something in the white snow, he ran as quick as he could over to it.

Ember's eyes widened the tiniest bit, terrified. "Um, uh, what're you doing here?" she asked, sidestepping his question. She squeezed Erianna's hand slightly, letting her know she'd protect her. F

Jason rolled his eyes at the question. "I'm just enjoying the nice, warm weather." He said sarcastically. "I was just taking a walk......a pretty bad idea in hindsight." He said, wishing he had grabbed a scarf before he had left his house.

Jason raised an eyebrow as he noticed the squeezing if the two girls' hands. And the shivering. "Are you two cold?" He asked them.

Seiki, Hoshi, and Shiori saw as Gryffin fell in the snow. They were rather suprised and confused by his sudden appearence, though it didn't take long for them to jump into action, drawing their weapons. Shiori pulled back on her bow, poking at Gryffin from behind with an arrow.
"Who are you?" Hoshi asked.

"A ****ing unicorn" he said, muffled by the snow surrounding his face. He pulled himself up fast and hard, but fell back to far and hit his head on the harder than rock wall of the building. "****!" he yelled, falling back forward into the snow, clutching the back of his head.

Red was walking towards where Seiki, Hoshi, and Shiori were, and stopped to see Shiori, "Who are you?" he asked looking down at him

Dante watched from afar, There's more of them... he thought to himself, and stood as quiet as possible.

(Also one more thing, can i add invisibility to Dante's powers, and if not, have his only ability as invisibility?))

The three were rather confused by the answer, it was rather an odd one, though Red's sudden appearence startled them, brining more pressing matters than the strange boy who seemed inable to properly stand on his 2 feet.
Hoshi kept her sword held at the ready, in the event Gryffin tried anything. Though Shiori turned, poitning her arrow at Red. She let the arrow fly. The sharp tip of the arrow wizzed by just missing Red's ear.
"The same could be asked of you." She pulled another arrow from her quiver and pulled back on her bow, getting it ready.

Red's calm expression didn't change as he grabbed the arrow and snapped it in half, "I'm looking for a girl," he said, "now answer my question,"

Gryffin slowly sat up, leaning on his hands as a devilish smirk grew on his face. "That's a pretty big tool you got their, but sorry, i've swung there once but never again" he said towards Hoshi.

Shiori kind of looked at her brother and Hoshi with an expression as if believing Red to be stupid. "A girl" isn't very descriptive, heck, Shiori & Hoshi both fit the bill to what he was looking for.
Hoshi's face grew disturbed and annoyed. She raised her sword, ready to strike him down, though Seiki got in the way. If there was one person Hoshi couldn't hurt, it was Seiki. Seiki took over for Hoshi in glaring at Gryffin.
"You did not just hit on my girlfriend." seiki was often one to go with the flow of things, though messing with Hoshi was where lines would get crossed.
With Seiki now focusing on Gryffin, Hoshi was free to turn her attention to the other guy here. She stepped backwards into a portal she created, reappearing to step forward behind Red. She moved her sword around Red's throat.
"We have you outnumbered in case you didn't notice, you should be the one answering our questions first. Also, 'a girl' isn't really descriptive. If you care to try again, I might let you live." Hoshi didn't give second chances often. Usually just hack enemies to pieces and go about her business.
