Maybe you could look at a picture for reference? That's what I do and it does help.

I don't draw that. Too hard for me, and there are other solutions for drawing wannabe-cool people. smilie

Well to me it kind of depends on the character, like I'm redoing an rather old Journal doll of Steel the hedgehog and his personality is more cool, bad arse, villainous sort of speaks (plus he HATES being called "cute"). So that's why I'm doing that kind of pose.
