There is a girl in my class that I think might like me. She isn't very shy and can be outgoing sometimes. We have been friends for about 5 years now. I want to know if there is a way to tell that she likes me without asking her.

If she looks around at you and smiles or laughs at you all the time, that COULD be a sign (don't assume that she does just because she smiles or laughs, she could just be genuinely polite, not always 'in love')

If you notice she acts differently around you than her other friends could also be a sign

If she always comes out of nowhere to playfully hit you

If she glares a bit or seems disappointed if you ever mention any other girl

If she gives you any weird nicknames (for example, one of the girls I noticed gave the guy I had a locker next to last year was "puppy") may be a sign

If she acts differently when other girls are around you or talking to you, or if she later seems to dislike the girls when they did nothing to her

IMO, you must NEVEEEEEER get into the friend zone. That is the point of no return. Studies show that girls who like you will talk to you with her feet out wards, if they dont they will be very close together. What this pretty much symbolises is not very darkspyroish talk, but you get it.
