Yeah, they are laying on more Pokemon references too:
The aforementioned Water Fire Grass thing,
Hyper Beam Prism Break. Hyper Beam is a Pokemon move.
In Pokemon Black 2 and White 2, There is a trainer called Pilot Flynn (More of a reverse refrence, but it came to mind)
Collect em all=Catch em all
Legendary Pokemon, Legendary Figures.
You can convert the elements into pokemon types Life=Grass, Water=Water, Fire=Fire, Air=Flying, Earth=Rock/Ground, Tech=Steel, Magic=Psychic, and Undead=Ghost.

my lv 87 grovyle knows:
acrobaticks=eaberol acrobaticks
leaf blade=elven sunglade
substitute= stealthier decoy
swords dance= shadows bane blade
