I originally said that to allow people time to come online and think theri questions over if they were offline when their question was asked. As you said, he has been on, and he has had more than enough time.

There may not be a time limit for this, but it is a bit unreasonable to take more than 24 hours to answer one question. If I must, I will enforce a time limit as yes the question should've been answered quite some time ago.
