Can Series 2 unlock the Heroic Challenges in Spyros Adventure? [CLOSED]

Hi, I'm new in this forum, and we got our Skylanders Giants last December, and my 3 small boys love skylanders. I'm planning on buying Skylanders Spyros Adventure, for them. I just want to ask. Can series 2 skylanders unlocks Heroic Challenges in Spyros Adventure? I hope I don't need to buy the series 1, just to unlock or open the Heroic Challenges.

That's interesting question. I know you need Orange skylanders to open up heroic challenges on Giants...not sure how they will work on SSA....sorry.

Mabye just buy a S2 and try it on S:SA and the heroic challenge may or may not come up.

Yes, series 2 skylanders will unlock heroic challenges in the first game.
i am sure of this smilie

And make sure you take ownership over them or else the heroics wont unlock

SSA can't tell the difference between S1 and S2, so yes, they can. I THINK I've done this.

Yes it can. When I first got a Series 2 Whirlwind, I tried it ingame and the Heroic Challenge came up(it was a boring challenge though).
