Found me a Hot Head at Walmart while looking for the Frito Lay promotion (irony indeed), plus I helped a couple and another grandmother pick out Skylanders for their kids, the former getting a GITD Sonic Boom and the latter getting a Crusher and the only other Hot Head.

I always like helping out parents and grandparents. They have not the slightest idea on what to get and it seems to make their day when someone is their to help em.

It's a nice feeling to see that their kids will be happy to find uncommon Skylanders under their tree and that the other Hot Head isn't in the hands of a scalper.

They were the fourth and fifth people I helped Skylander wise.

Someone at target was looking for skylanders, so I directed them to sprocket.

I just bought a S1 Trigger Haappy. I prefer the series one Trigger Happy

Picked up S1 Legendary Trigger Happy from TRU for $4.50 during their recent Friday 3pm to Saturday 3pm sale.

I got two dog tags (Pop Fizz and Thumpback) and two packs of cards (S2 prism break for best artwork)

No, they just count towards Magic Items.

Just got our Golden Flameslinger in the mail today.

I won a Crystal Cynder on Ebay for 75 dollars. Not a bad price since most go for 150ish at the minimum from what I have seen.

Just got back from TRU. I picked up Swarm and a second Legendary Stealth Elf at half off.
I also popped over to Target on a whim and saw they had a few Granite Crushers in stock. I snagged a second one for my collection as well.

Ordered Boomer online finally. He'll hopefully arrive in about two weeks. Looking forward to playing as him on the 3DS game again. I had him at one point, but stupidly gave him to a friend. After that the only series 1 character I'll be missing is Zap who I also owned at one point and gave away. (Not counting Dark Spyro or Legendaries as part of a complete set)

Its amazing how everyone hated boomer and he was like the most common but now everyone needs him :/

HA! I got super lucky today! I went to our local retro game shop, and they had just today gotten some Skylanders traded in. It was a big plastic bag that contained the 3DS game, a 3DS portal of power with USB cable, the really nice 3DS Starter pack versions of Ignitor and Stealth Elf, and *drumroll* DarkSpyro and Zap! The whole thing was only 35 dollars too. Now I just have to wait for the Boomer I mentioned above to arrive, and I'll have a complete set of Spyro's Adventure minus the dumb legendaries that I've never cared about.

Today was a good day. : )

Just an FYI, the Granite Crusher won't work on on Skylander Spyro Adventures.

He has Giants on his 3ds. Thanks for the heads up though. I got Spyro off craigslist for 40 bucks mainly for the green gil grunt. Plus, the little red x's on the front of the package help determine that as well

Just bought S1 Ignitor for $8.50 on eBay. Might resell him if I can get it cheaper, or because of all the cool Lego coming out next year

Just got all of wave two at my EB plus the LightCore Triple at Target several stores away. No Battlegrounds there oddly because they don't have stock in yet...

Found a Camo/Ignitor/Warnado 3 pack along with the last Wham Shell single in a big floor bin. TRU in San Diego Wednesday.
Got a Chill and Sprocket singles along with Empire of Ice pack and SSA Legendary 3 pack. From TRU's cybermonday sale arriving Friday.

Just got all four sidekicks in the mail. Was worried I would get duplicates, but they honored my requests. Probably helped that I sent all four cards in a single envelope.

IS there anywhere to get the cards for the sidekicks anymore? I just got the hot head multi pack and won a free hot head but I missed the sidekicks. I did buy Gil Runt off craigslist for $6 bucks yesterday though.

I doubt it without buying the sidekicks from evilbay or craigslist.

I just won a Hot Head through the Frito-Lay promotion; I have a feeling that it's going to be a long 8-10 weeks...

I've finally got Flashwing from Amazon today.

Received the final 2 sidekicks today. Now my daughter has a full set of 4.

Good on the sidekicks! I was trying to get a Gnarly Tree Rex from Evilbay today, however It went over my spending limit on it.

I got one of my Sidekicks in the mail yesterday; Whisper Elf. Just waiting on the other three to arrive, probably this week.

I also picked up Bouncer and Crusher. I wasn't in a rush to get them because they have been so common and because I had Legendary Bouncer and Granite Crusher since day one.

All that I have left to get is the regular Dragonfire Cannon, Gnarly Tree Rex, GITD Cynder, GITD Fright Rider and the remaining three Sidekicks (like I said above). Once I get those, I will be all ready for Wave 3!

I'm new to the whole skylander stuff. My bf bought me the game for my birthday back in september thinking I would like it. I haven't played it but he is right into it.

I bought the Giants game for my daughter for Christmas and knew I had to find one of each element for her to play the game. Well, we were at Kohl's of all places friday night and he picked up a white glittery hot head. We bought it because I hadn't seen it (I do most of the shopping for this stuff). I can't find any info on it. The package just says hot head on it. Is it a mistake? Like it didn't get color added? I only ask that because I bought the Granite Crusher instead of the regular crusher and their packaging is different. So are the legendary ones. I don't have a pic but can get one...I'm new to the forum, just came to see if anyone knows anything about this variant?

It's a very rare variant! They are seriously rare and you should keep it! This is not an Ingame variant but a special Variant! Look on Google, Sparkle Sprocket, Sparkle Sonic Boom, Sparkle Hot Head. Those are the 3 from Wave 2 with the glitter variant! Nice Find!
