Yeah, visited a Walmart with basically nothing in the Skylanders section. Was looking to add to what I picked up in the last week (Trap Team Starter, Gearshift, and Tuff Luck).

Just bought a Kaos-Trap.

The one from the Dark-Edition is so ugly.

Decided to grab a Short Cut at Target. Only a couple left in their Head Rush/Water Trap section.

Interestingly, there were a bunch of Swap Force 2-packs (Boom Jet/Night Shift and Fire Kraken/Grilla Drilla, I think).

Took part in Gamestops buy two get three free deal and got Jawbraker, Blastermind, Tuff Luck, Roller Brawl and Boom Jet

This is my first TrapMaster . Oh my goodness it was a tight package . How do you expect kiddies to open this ?

Yeah, there's a trick to them. Tear the top in half and tear it off the clam on the left side--then open it up from the left with one hand on each side of the clam and pulling away from the seam. It will open right up.

Managed to catch Wrecking Ball again and bought him this time. All magic green bases. Haven't bought a used skylander in a while, seeing how I only need a few more green bases.

Only two left, Wham-Shell and Ghost Roaster. It won't be easy...

I got a sealed brand new Wham Shell today for $4, did I get a good deal? It is series 1, not Lightcore.

Got these beauties for a quarter each at a rummage sale on Friday. Sorta sad how kids can ditch their books that are just under a year old but it does help collectors like myself who doesn't like to pay full retail for stuff, so I won't complain.

I like the tidbit facts in these books, such as the time Hex wore a pink frilly dress with yellow polka dots. It was more alarming than her normal dark robes so she quickly switched back, much to everyone's relief. LOL! I so want a fanart image of that.

I watched someone twitch the first two hours of the game last night and I'm even less excited about it than before. I just don't want any vehicles in my game. So I'll stick to getting old Trap Team junk for now.

First Launch Haul picture.

Dropped a bit over $450 between TRU, GameStop, Best Buy and Target. Got all the exclusive characters and vehicles. Dark edition for Wii and Wii U, and Regular edition for Wii U and 3DS. Snagged all the Wave 1 characters and vehicles except for Terrafin (getting him in dual pack and will do same for Jet Vac). Still need to get Dark edition for PS4, the Gill Grunt action pack, and the two Dual Packs. No sight of any Wave 2 in Montgomery, AL.

Going with 1 character & vehicle per element for this game...

I just got my Skylanders Superchargers Starter set for the Wii U. I got the dark version, so I got Dark Barrel Blaster, Dark Barrel Blast Donkey Kong, Kaos Trophy, Dark Spitfire, and Dark Hot Streak. Additionally, I purchased Dive Clops (whom I anticipate to be my favorite skylander of the game) and Frightful Fiesta.

My Day 1 haul was just the Dark Starter for PS4, I'm trying to cut back this time.

The Sea Action Pack with Gill Grunt and the PS4 Dark edition were on my front patio when I got home today, puts expense up around $600. Still need to get the two dual packs when they become available. Hearing second wave has a 2 October release. Will try to get some pics out here when I can.

Today was a good day. Refreshing to hunt again. I ended up getting everything I could besides regular Hot Streak, which I'll buy from eBay soon.

I feel very lucky to have Golden Hot Streak. I don't know what they did, but the reflectiveness/metallic look to it seems especially good.

I'm just back from my store and I found everything I wanted, except for Firghtful Fiesta & Smash Hit. I was hoping he wouldn't be delayed with the rest of Wave 2 characters, though the vehicles like Burn-Cycle or Stealth Stinger were there for some reasons.



I was also very lucky to get their last Wii U Dark Starter Pack

Looks good but I'm curious whether or not the rotor blades are supposed to tilt forward like that.
