There's a person that worked in SA that has showed up every now and then in another forum to debunk rumors. From what they say, they seem to be from TeamTO. To keep people from swarming him, though, I'm not going into detail.
They mentioned this Kaossandra is an actual character, and quite funny.

Deadlines and Animation don't mix very well... Plus, it's close enough, right? I mean, I'm sure the marketing team can rest easy knowing that they only have one thing to cover for a good while before Academy comes out.
