Czar Mania was certainly not Qcumber, Lonk might have been, but man, Czar was a pretty uptight and argumentative person,

Bifrost, I know you aren't on S&N often, but that's 100% in Qcumber's nature. I know he seems like a troll, but me and WilltheWizard were on a chatzy with him, and he is very negative.

That isn't negative,that's straight up bigoted. They also showed up to insult AdamGregory03 for apologizing to others and try to start up political debates, all in the same two days.

Even then,he showed up a few times in Toys and Merch before, and it was long before Qcumber started drama.

I agree Bifrost.

Qcumber was annoying, but in a troll sort of way. Czar seemed like he was smart, but didn't have common sense. He's in a whole other league than Qcumber,

I hate how racist he was to PopFizzMagic. You hear that in political news, but PopFizzMagic and his family could have easily disagreed with the Israeli Goverment, so I wouldn't be making comments like that.

Also, good point Bifrost. But I am 100% sure he is an alt.

It doesn't matter the government or whatever politics that are involved,he was still going up to a kid and saying he and his family are selfish and racist and horrible. If there's something that pisses me off it's bullying, I had to control myself to stop answering and report instead of stooping down to his level.

He wasn't Qcumber. His Ripto was caused by a number of things - racism and simply requesting a Ripto.

Czar was not an alt. They requested a ban as I heard. But they were pretty much being racist. It just goes to show that, such an attitude and can get a website to you and also compel you to a ban before you are banned for the reasons.
