Okay so, I'm doing a math homework and this question is just stupid, I don't even see how it's math.
But being stupid, I can't answer it, so I'm asking you, the geniuses of darkSpyro.
What are 3 Quantitative Variables for the Temperature Outside?
And for the following situations, find a variable with a quantitative character and indicate the values it can take.
"Going to the amusement park"
"Buying shoes"
"A hike at the mountains"
Plz help.

If I'm correct that should be pretty much any three numbers, for example 91, 88, and 32. Quantitative variables are just any variables that can be added together, right? I'm probably incorrect because I don't think we covered this and if we did it was a while back, but hopefully that sounds a little familiar... Not sure about the others, except maybe the buying shoes one has to do with the price of the shoes (since those can be added together) or something.

Actually, those are Qualificative Variables, which are numbers. Quantitative is everything else, but I don't know any answers... |

Oh damn it, that's right. I'm sorry I can't help then because I don't think they went over this with us. What kind of math class is this for, anyway? Algebra?

Oh, sorry. There's just a bunch of different specific categories of math classes here and I haven't had a class just called "math" since 7th grade so I assumed your school was the same.

You should've at least seen the word variable in algebra.... Anyways I didn't know what it meant either so I googled it Apparently they represent measurable quantities Anyways I'm pretty sure the answers would be something like: Amusement park: number of rides Buying shoes: shoe size probs Taking a hike: distance to hike For the temperature one I guess it would be Fahrenheit, Celsius, and idk I'm probably wrong though soo |
