My phone has a Beats Audio sound chip and I hate it. It's morw than bass but I'm a metalhead so it proves itself almost useless. It came with a pair of buds too, but they broke after a few days. Cheapest buds I ever owned.

I used to have them. I had to sell it before it could break on me. It started to fall apart and I got them for Christmas 2012!

I have a $500 pair I got a couple of years ago. I used them for an hour and shoved them away. One of the worst spending choices I've made. smilie

I love just a slight amount of bass, but it's way too much to the point where the other instruments/vocals are muffled.

I honestly think it looks stupid to go around wearing them because they're huge.

I only wear mine at home. So I don't have to listen to anyone else's tv shows or phone that goes off every two seconds.

You know back when I used to get $1 earbuds, they would usually break after 5 seconds of use. So I had to deal with Headphones or whatever we can scrap up. And they lasted a hella longer than most earbuds. But of course those were $1 earbuds.

I know that pain, I got a $6 pair of earbuds at Dollar General from my brother for Christmas and not only did they sound awful but they broke at the end of the day. I know I shouldn't expect much for $6 earbuds but I figured I'd get more than one day (which all in all is about an hour or so) use of them and the sound quality to be a little better.
It really disappointed my brother too.
