I am playing on an android device. My legendary Night shift recently reached level 10. It says it's the max level. I know that 15 is the real max level. Any help?

You have to reach a certain kingdom level to unlock the companion Ramses who raises the limit.

Your need to unlock a companion. Ramses allows characters to go beyond level 10. Ramses unlocks at Kingdom Level 27.
