I got that question a time ago... and because I'm bored I'll tell you

It started with This topic where Dark Lord posted how Randomness can be a disease. Sooner or later it realy became a `Disease` and many users where absolutely random, later on we declared that the second and third sunday of each month was an RDD...[THO ME OFTEN START AT SATURDAYS!]. Later on rules have been made for these Disease days
