Well pardon the LAW saying "credit the artist" which you and Kappa refused to do.

Well time to tell a real ****ing story here.

One DarkSpyro I was getting sick of all these crappy avatars or as you guys know of "Kappatars" (or crappatars in my book) then I realized something while looking back in the past. And it was you have to give credit to the artist if you used a picture from him/her. So I posted it in the Kappatar topic. Then hell breaks loose and me and Shorty (yeah she was there) were hissed at by 3 users. Infintus, DummyZ, and ZapNorris. Then the Majestic CinderLover came and made good points along with Shorty. And me and Shorty got 2/3 people that apologized. Then when I asked ZapNorris if he would apologize he told me "No you Jackass". Which was a little extreme. Then later in the years after letting people about the "credit artist" law things were pretty quiet. Then Zap came and along with Kappa made a topic of Zap's crappy avatars, without crediting the artist then more hell raged on. Then after a while of huge amount bickering, some posts were deleted (which will be in another story because they were falsely deleted). Then all was pretty quiet then Ryanator started pretty much acting like an ass to me as well. Then after another while Zap decides post/spam his avatars more and making a topic saying "I'll never stop" in fanart. Then while I was trying enjoy a few topics on SnN he decided to start even more crap with me calling me a "*****" all the time. And as you recently witnessed a possible case of harassment in my GB.

Oh and I almost forgot that he also called my actual art "crap" and continued to call them "Crap". In fact it's still on my art topic too.

So basically all I have to say except: Why isn't Zap gnorc'd or Riptoed for Spam, Harassment, and hurting people's eyes yet?

Although I agree that ZapNorris should give credit i don't think these are crap but hey people have different opinions.

Uh, unless a large amount of posts in those topics were sent to the fiery bowels of oblivion, I have to disagree with you Trix. Yeah, Zap is being stubborn and saying the equivalent of, "Nuh-uh, I don't wanna," (with the occasional name-calling), but the one dropping swears and all-caps words was you.

Reading the topic as someone who had no grasp on the situation, you looked like the one doing the harassment. I understand this is important to you (and is a matter of law, although stuff like this is under heavy debate all around the internet) but multiple people have asked him politely to stop and he's said no. At this point, you might as well just Adblock all the avatars he's making or you could just report them to ANY mod, since we can delete them if we feel they're breaking a rule. Most of his topics just die out, it seems. Your posts are the ones drawing attention to the topic. I bet if you just ignored it, the topic would very likely die out.

And as for you, Zap, name-calling and going to people's guestbooks to ask "What their problem is," is just making you look more like a spoiled little kid. You even had one older user defending you and you went back on a promise you made to him. That makes you look even worse.
