I'd love to hear you play Dango Daikazoku (from the anime Clannad) on the violin. It's simple, but sounds very pretty. I might learn it on my instruments later, too. (Flute, alto sax and piano/keyboard.)
If you need some sheet music, this is a nice simple one. You may need to repeat certain phrases, though.

Another one that'd sound great is the slow main theme from the anime Fairy Tail. (Sheet music)

(If you like animes or think these sound nice, this is a really good site for finding sheet music. ;3)
