All you need to do is either

A.)Build up a secret army, then take out whichever country has the weakest army, or whichever one is in war. Then, you threaten to kill all the civilians and/or the the captured president-like-people(s). Then con them into make you leader.

B.)Make a disease and make sure it only spreads to the important people, and anyone who is in an army.

First, you get a medical degree. Then you trick him into thinking he has a disease, then say you have an antidote, (which contains the actual disease) and inject him.

You actually just need America. It had the best army for a long time. Currently, that goes to China. But still, having control of the US army..... you could devestate. After that, just move to China
