Um....well, in gym class.
The girls usually have short shorts on and occasionally we run laps outside on the track.
In the rain.
In the cold.
I would think that these people would get freezing cold.
Other than that, I think they're fine.

If worn with leggings or something underneath to cover up more skin, they're alright.

I like wearing short shorts, especially on a real hot and humid day. There's nothing wrong with them. Oh, but I wouldn't go shopping or to the mall in short shorts. That wouldn't be a good idea at all. ^.^

I wear short shorts (well, not the short kind you see when you google "short shorts" >.> But still pretty short) at home in the summer, but I don't go out of the house with them.

I don't think they look appealing but I don't mind much if other people wear them out in public.

They are comfortable & some are good styles. The disadvantage is that, if one does not have beautiful legs, then, better to stick with long pants.

It's a good piece when one is in warm lands.
