The two factors that determine penis size more than any other are heredity and race. Climate also has a bit to do with it, too.

With a country like America that has so many blended races and a verity of ethnicity, you can't accurately judge.

If you want to go by country, however, I've heard that Italians are really the biggest. Like I said, can't trust SK, too much plastic surgery.

I don't know, I don't think many people would get plastic surgery on their penis. All the plastic surgery in S.Korea is mostly on woman who aren't proud of their faces.

I remember when I went to canada to see Niagra falls. The gate lady was really grumpy and she thought we had explosives and I just laughed at her
