Overdone makeup is stupid. [CLOSED]

I am sick of seeing girls with way to much makeup on the look ridiculous.

It is what is on the inside.

Some girls look orange but I think that is a tan.

In my opinion females or in some cases males need to wear make-up.What ever happened to inner beauty?I find a girl without make-up is much more appealing then a girl who wears make-up.I am not saying those who wear make-up are ugly I am just saying they aren't as pretty.I hate my generation since the majority of the females in my school wear way to much make-up since they are told by others they will not look nice.

That depends on how much it's used. I don't actually mind if it's just a little, but I really don't want to see Barbies all over the street.

Yeah. Only three girls in my grade don't wear makeup. Said three girls are my best friends and myself. The other girls are caked with makeup. They wear all this crazy makeup because they want attention.

I seriously doubt that every girl in your school who wear makeup has the same motives. Considering that, according to you, only you and your friends don't wear makeup, there has to be a large percentage who do, no? So there has to be a variety in reasons. It's nearly impossible for every girl but you and your friends to run like a robot who runs after boys. Trust me, I thought the same thing you do in 6th grade, but now in 8th grade I've realized that some people who I used to think were snooty are actually really nice.


There's about 25 girls in my grade. 22 wear makeup, and they all run after the boys. My best friends don't wear makeup, but some of my other friends do. And all the snoots in my grade that I know are nowhere close to nice. They believe that they're on pedastals. Their egos are so big, their heads can just barely fit through the doors. Plus, they're all jerks.

These said friends can be attention whores at times, but not as much as the others. Gosh, I should've explained this better. Also, I've never heard any of the girls say "I love makeup!"

I didn't realize wearing makeup was such a crime.

And I'm assuming the people here complaining about makeup have no information on how it works, so I'll let you in on a little secret: a LOT of people use it when going for a natural look, and they're so crafty with it you probably don't even notice.

But the people in your school aren't everybody in the world. I've met plenty of people who wear makeup just because they want to, not because they want attention from anybody.

Besides, there are many reasons they couldn't be saying that:
-They find it unnecessary because it's obvious
-You've never met some of these girls, and you don't know what they want to do

And much more.

It's horribly judgemental to assume that everybody who wears makeup is a girl who wants a guy's attention, especially if those conclusions were made just because of girls in your school.


I wasn't judging the whole world. And I've met all these girls. They say whatever's on their mind. And I'm not assuming anything. I'm just saying that the girls in my school only wear it to attract attention. I don't recall saying that about the rest of the world.
