I need a team that consists of Pangoro, Goodra, Greninja, and Charizard. I just can't decide on the last 2. Can someone think of something good? Maybe another Mega? IDK. This is for Y BTW.

It'll be a good choice to have a Pokemon that knows Rapid Spin (to get rid of entry hazards), because Stealth Rock is a big threat to Charizard.
