I was walking my dogs and all I hear is yelping. I thought my dog was dying and my mom swiped him in the house as I ran inside to see what happened. Then I notice his leg MIGHT BE ****ING BROKEN!! I cried and my mom told me to get over it and that he only sprained it, but how am I supposed to calm down when I didn't even see what ****ing happened!! Any ways to keep me from going crazy?

Do something you like... In example, for me that's drawing or playing my flute. Whatever you like to do.

Video games work too. XP

If you don't want to do that, just take a deep breath. Go to your room or somewhere alone. Listen to music or something.

Yup, that's all I got

Kittens. Pictures of kittens always work.
