I tap LI it goes to activison page then black

If nothing else is working post this on the ActivisionAssist page on Twitter or Facebook with your user name and get them to have a look at it. It will not happen instantly however. Do you have your device backed up or can you access the account from another device?

Do you not use Activate to do a cloud backup? If so, then you won't have to worry about losing your progress.

Do you have a little flag in your lower right corner of your screen where you go and buy houses and what not and can call up skylanders? If you do hit the two little person looking thing and that should take you to make an account on activate.

Hmm... I play on my Iphone so, I am not sure where to go from there. You can try to contact Activision either on Facebook or on their website they maybe able to help. I am sorry I am not of more help.

It looks like it unless you can get Activision to help. I'm not sure what your issue is. Since I play on iPhone, I'm not sure how Android works. Is there a way to do a reinstall of the game without taking it off? I don't think there's really a way to do it on iPhone, unless there's an update in the app store. Maybe when there is an update in the app store, you can try to download the update and see if it re-downloads the game and fixes your problem. Other than that, I'm not really sure what you can do. If you get it back up, definitely create an Activision account so it will save a backup to the cloud in case something like this happens. You can then add friends and get kudos to get various gifts (although those gifts are limited, at this point, but still some decent stuff in there when you're getting started).
