How active/physically fit are you? [CLOSED]

On a scale of 1-10.
I would say that on being active, I'd give myself a good 9 (I swim 12~ hours a week) and on physically fit, well uhhhhh 7 ._.

I will never be athletic, but I'm pretty fit for a guy my size. I'm active in that I am ALWAYS moving around, I can't really stay still for more than 10 minutes.

My fastest mile time is 6:49, most push-ups in one minute is 50, most sit-ups in one minute is 48. Is that good?

My fasted number of sit-ups in one minute was 72! ^.^
Push-ups? Probably like 30.

Running? Requires too much stamina. My fastest mile was 10:40, when my average is 11:44.

I do 61 in a minute, it's easier because I'm younger so I can crouch more ^.^

Active at least a 9 I'm constantly moving

Physically fit probably an 8.. I gotta keep my muscles strong, I'm losing way to much weight.

I used to be a guy who exercised a lot (5-6 days a week gym, running, etc.) but nowadays my lazy and comfortable side has taken control over me. I usually have rational dose of physical exercise when I go to the stores that are not so close to me by walking etc. Nomrally I have 30-45 minutes of regular exersice rate of walking for a 3-4 times a week. I have no problems with my weight because I pracitcally can breath out all the calories I've consumed because I'm slightly bigger than average.

If you have a high metabolism and get a decent amount of exercise, junk food won't hurt you that bad actually. I'm talking from experience smilie

Build stamina by trying to keep a constant pace while running. Start out a pace you KNOW you can keep up, and that pace will get faster with practice.

Weeeellll.....
I really only exercise in gym...but I do walk a lot...the stairs at school kill me...
There is no way in hell that I will ever be athletic, I just ain't built for it, nor do I necessarily care. I'm more creative and artistic (Even if that)...I used to play tee ball and soccer, until my old school had nobody that would volunteer to coach.
The only sport I really like is track, but damn does my stamina suck. I can run really fast, sure, but without stamina, your dead. Thus the 200m is prefect for me ^.^ I tell myself to eat healthy, theeeeennn I see that last cupcake near the microwave.

I do walk circles around my couch in my house though. My stamina absolutely sucks though. I'll just take Metallo's advice and try to run at my own pace.

I'm like, not active... I have a condition and it makes it hard. However, I can rock some sit ups and somehow I'm better than some on the mile. e_e

My father says that since I run the 200m, that I should practice by running 300 or 400m, so then if I run the 200, it'd be nothing because I'd be used to running 300-400m.

Active: 8 I guess, I ran cross country and now I'm stuck on the swim team. Fun though

Physically Fit: I'd say that every things from the pecs up is awful (meaning I have a bird chest and I have tooth picks for arms). I'm confident in my abs and legs doe

Well, I guess you could say now I won't be as active as before. Now I'll just be taking walks.
Going to be more mellow now. Not for soon, though.
A couple of days ago it was 8. Now it'll be 5.

Welllllllll considering I play for the #12 soccer club in the nation, I have to be very fit. In my legs, at least. My arms aren't really that strong.

My mile time is 6:03 and my 5k time is 21:16.

Physically fit... I run out of breath kind of quickly when running and I'm not as thin as I used to be... so about a 6 I guess lol

In activity like a 3 or 4

In Physical Fitness like somewhere between six and seven. Im so skinny and I can do anythiiiiiiiig.
