Today is x2 interaction point day! This means until 6pm Central tonight, all iinteractions give 110 points towards hatching an egg instead of the usual 60.

(Kolink, the head of PF lives in like England so PF runs on that time. Server reset/Midnight, is 6 or 7pm Central.)

Congrats you've hatched your first Pokemon!

It's best to keep hatching Pokemon and work on filling out the Pokedex. There are various taks that can only be done if you have a certain dex rank or so ever many eggs hatched.

Such as obtaining the Unova Pass or completing quests. I also advise you to get soem Pokemon and send them out on Scour Missions. If sent out for long periods of time, Scour Pokemon can sometimes come back with Boxes which may contain a Summon Item on a rare occasion. Summon items are used to summon legendary Pokemon.

Hate to burst your bubble, but you can breed most of the event Pokemon like that to get more.

Aqua-Shinx is one of the most common ones.

Find a Ditto egg and you're really special. Ditto is probably the rarest Pokemon on PF.

I clicked the Shinx.

You need to click other people's eggs and they'll interact with yours to get it to hatch. A fast way to do this is through SuperLite. I can't link it as the link ends up different for everyone, but scroll to the bottom of the page, look on the right and you'll see some links. Choose "Super-Lite Version".
