Does his voice seem a bit off, though? He doesn't exactly sound like the Iroh from ATLA >.>

It probably isn't. His first voice actor died not long ago. He had another later on, don't know if it's that guy.

Mako Iwamatsu
He died in 2006. He voiced Iroh (Books 1 & 2) and Aku in Samurai Jack.

For book 3 he was replaced by Greg Baldwin.
