Was it not proven in several topics that Ms. Eevee blocked a significant number of users over a joke she failed to properly understand? Clearly, the defendant is extremely emotional and, as such, does not require a lot to be provoked. Likely, she was infuriated by a lousy trolling attempt by the victim, and retaliated... with fatal consequences.

You're going have to try harder than that. First off, I would like to point out that the victim's note does not specify between am or pm. As stated in the autopsy report, the time of death was 12:03 am, and we cannot rule the possibility out that this meeting actually happened at 12:03 pm. I would ask this court: which is a more logical time to hold a meeting? Around noon, when most people are active and alert, or at midnight, when most people have gone to sleep? HCI is rather young, therefore it is likely that their meeting took place at 12:03 pm, a good half day before he was killed. Furthermore, Mr. Joerox is currently stationed in a country that will not extradite to Internet Court. Thus, it is impossible to get him to testify. If you're going to try to finger him as the culprit, you'll need a more solid.

Eevee lifted up the sword for a bit. But she dropped it on accident and HCI coincidently happened to be below the sword.

Your Honor, I have here the television schedule for the HUB, the network which airs the cartoon that Mr. Windumup speaks of. And, as I suspected, this cartoon's marathon ended at precisely 8:00 pm, leaving 4 hours with which the defendant could have acted. Now that Mr. Windumup has shown that the defendant was not, in fact, doing homework, and I have proven her cartoon show was not on, it appears no one can vouch for her actions...

Unless, of course, the defense wishes to introduce new evidence. The prosecution would be willing to hear a plausible theory, assuming, of course, the evidence relates to the crime at hand.

My daughter had science homework due Monday. She was workin' on it on Friday. Doncha know some schools give homework over the weekend? Yeah. And she was watching her little "My little pony" nonsense while doin' her homework.

Witness, I believe Mr. Windumup and I have proven that that statement is a lie. Now, as I said, the prosecution wishes to hear the defense's thought on new evidence. We will bring you back if we require further testimony.
