MY KEYBOARDHAS A MENTAL DISORDER! When I try to make a question mark or a slash it comes out like É and é, and a bunch of other things are wrong!b I call it mexican Lock.

Your keyboard switched to French or bilingual.

If on Windows (7), right-click the time and then go to toolbars...click Language or Languages and then click the keyboard that appears and you should be able to change it back.

If this is the first time it happened, Why not try restarting and see if it switches back to normal?
