Espurr couldn't have been the killer!
Just because it looks traumatized, doesn't mean a thing!
There had to be somebody else besides Espurr there!

You ask for evidence, but where's YOUR evidence that Espurr was the only one there? If you can't produce any evidence to that regard, there is at least a chance someone else was there!

You see, Espurr's testimony clearly states that it was there at the time of the murder, and was the very first person to find Gardevoir dead. My witness, Gallade, heard a shriek, and as soon as he arrived there, Gardevoir was already dead, and Espurr was there, frantically trying to find a way out.

OBJECTION
We cant be sure that Espurr did it!
We have found a mysterious goo on the crime seen.
The goo was a pinkish color which proves someone is framing Espurr!
Since we all know that dittos aren't native to the area of death
It means there was a ditto there for some reason
Where is this ditto you may ask!
Why it is GALLADE!
He can obviously be lying to frame Espurr!

Ditto could have used killed gardevoir, transformed into abra and teleported away BEFORE Espurr arrived
