You do hunt. You find the idiots that aren't in stealth(Rule breaking users) and tranquilize them.
Every other are hiding and out off your sight. Maybe you'll get a glimpse of them but not enough to get you to find them.

However, I am limited in what I can hunt. What if I get the urge to hunt all users, and use them as trophies? What then?

What if the hunters flee to what is designated as a "no-no" forum zone, what if they rebel and tell me I am abusing my power, when I am really just being a hunter? What if the users rebel, what then? What if I am overwhelmed?
