No offense, but I didn't think it was the great. It was decent to sit through when nothing better was on.

Classic ain't the right word but I enjoyed it at the time.

I probably wouldn't be able to watch it now without cringing though.

Well I just watched a small bit of it and it's just really corny, even for the time. Watching it, I can't help but feel like question why I bother with something so..............juvenile (and yes I realize how hypocritical it is for me of all people to be saying that).
I guess it just doesn't enough of the kind of charm that something like Peanuts specials would have, where you could watch it at any age and still get the same kind of enjoyment.

Then again, I should probably try and watch it in full again before speaking. I'm probably just getting flashbacks of the stupid dance scenes and the bad sequel.

Yes, I remember both specials. Speaking of which, I've seen Halloween Spooktacular recently. Also, I have them on RealPlayer and stored in my laptop as video files so I can watch them anytime I want to. smilie

As far as favorite characters are concerned, they're definitely Mr. Pettibone (Skully), Bug-a-Boo, Scary Godmother and Orson.

I used to absolutely love it and its sequel, but I haven't seen it in forever. Maybe if I catch it airing on CN I'll watch them again for nostalgia sake

Well both of them are on youtube. So in case if you miss out you can always the video in the first post then go on youtube watching the same video and pick up to the sequel.
