no i was too busy trying to be stylish enough to get into the clothing store of that city (when i succeeded i didn't end up buying much there anyway since it's so expensive)

It's on Route 14. Like SiA said, your group of buddies lead you there so you can't miss it/skip it. Just keep traveling on the Route, it's not too far in.

Oh okay, sorry! You have to go to Prism Tower, that tower in the middle of the city. It's also the Pokemon Gym. Defeat it, then you can go to Route 14.

P.S. You may already know this, but beware where you save in Luminose! You can glitch up your game, so be careful!

It's not in the 'scary house' it's on the 2nd floor of some unnamed building in Luminose City.

Lol, the house looks more like a Shed on the outside. And then it's huge on the inside. I was like, whaaaaat?! That's weird enough!

And I think we just started talking about the 'scary shed' randomly because it's something else that's creepy in X/Y.

Omg, I found the building, it's a normal office in the North section.

Not scary, but cool. Creepy how the music just ceases while she was there.

I was scared to.
When I heard the story I felt a hand on my shoulder. (Was just a pillow oddly)
every second he was speaking I also felt a voice saying "Join...usss.. Or rot to"
I was so scared I didn't pay him and later that night I woke up to a scream saying "HELP ME".
Then I saw one red eye in the darkness. Then I passed out for the rest of the night after hearing "good night" from a sinister voice.
I can still here the voice to this day.

What I dont get is "Or rot to". Rot to where? Hell? Underworld? Tartarus?
