I think I broke my nose once in swimming class when I took a dive and my leg slammed into my nose on the way up. I also jammed my finger twice (one time because I was on a trampoline and someone jumped on it, the second was recently when I caught a football wrong). That's it.

My collarbone and a vertebrae in my middle back have been fractured.

No. I have a friend who shattered his femur though. He runs with a slight limp now. (Actually it's not really running, more like quickly walking.)
