It was the plastic rings of a six pack of pop. It was halfway buried under the sand, and I couldn't pull free. The waves drug me under and I almost drowned. I swallowed a lot of sand durning that time. It was awful. I threw it all back up around 10 minutes later.

I could barely breathe, and my limbs got scraped up on the sand. I was so thankful when it threw me out into the sand... I've went through many other medical things, luckily none were life threatening. O__.
