I'm also wondering.
I'm guessing she's that Asian gal(Forgot her name) that worked for Oliver's Mother. That hair only matches with hers.

Also,
I really hope he doesn't call himself Arrow. smilie

His name from the comics is Green Arrow, he's going to call himself Arrow, this is clear.

I doubt it was the asian girl. right hair, but wrong weapon, and what was with the mask? I suspect Lorel is suiting up as Black Canary. I doubt it though.

Yeah, it's a DC comic. One of the old ones like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Flash


Some stuff I know regarding the comic that may be spoilers.

His version of Robin is called Speedy. Roy Harper is the first, the second being Mia Dearden.

His love interest is Black Canary. Real name Dinah Lorel Lance.

The mask you saw at the beginning belongs to Deathstroke, real name Slade Wilson.
