Apparently, Minecraft is a cause for a kid bringing weapons to school. [CLOSED]

Parents say that Minecraft is to blame after their son brought a handgun to his school.

I'm tired of oversensitive parents thinking video games are to blame for behaviour. It's the parents fault that this child got these weapons. I know, I know, "don't base an entire population based on one person". Welp, this news has been appearing almost every single day. News of parents getting ticked off at video games for their childs behaviour. Teachers taking toy guns away from kids. THOSE KIDS AREN'T GOING TO TURN INTO GOSH DANG SERIAL KILLERS BECAUSE OF A DANG TOY GUN. THE ONLY THING MAKING THEM A SERIAL KILLER IS YOU. KIDS NEED SOME FREEDOM BUT YOU CANT PUT A DICTATORSHIP ON THEM. THE SANDY HOOK SHOOTING WASN'T THE FAULT OF VIDEO GAMES. THE SHOOTER HAD MENTAL ISSUES CLEARLY. THANKS TO OVERSENSITIVE PARENTS AND STUPID GOVERNMENT OFFICALS, YOU'RE TURNING OUR KIDS INTO LITTLE SCAREDY CATS. I just can't contain my anger anymore. Feel relieved now to let off some steam. No gif can describe my anger except these gifs. I'm now going to cut my home state of Florida off the USA! Adios amigos!

Minecraft? Really?

Minecraft is clearly NOT a violent game! And heck, even it doesnt have guns!

Its the parents fault the kid got the weapon, and yet there blaming it on a child friendly game!

Its like blaming pokemon for kids bringing rabid animals to school!

The father should be charged for letting WEAPONS get in reach of a kid. And he just wares over 60 bucks on (some/a) game(s)! He should be arrested and put in jail.

You do realise some of the more extreme churches do claim Pokemon promotes violence, slavery, and animal cruelty.

Granted these are the same churches that burn Harry Potter books and claim the war in Iraq is the fault of the gays.
