Got a letter from the military yesterday.. [CLOSED]

Apparently, my application to the national readiness troops has been accepted. For the duration of one year, starting from yesterday, I have to be ready to partake in training for crisis-control missions abroad in a week's notice. If I got the call today, I could be away on a mission in less than six weeks.
They'd most likely send me to Middle East or Africa, if anywhere. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens.

Also, if I suddenly stop logging in for a couple of weeks, you'll know this is the reason why.

Edit: In retrospect, perhaps it would also be wise to clarify that I don't live in the US.

I guess congratulations are in order here. I'm happy for you but sad at the same time. I wish you the best of luck and stay safe. Thank goodness you don't live in the U.S. I'd really have to worry about your safety. Hopefully, you'll be around on the forum for awhile. If you should happen to leave suddenly, *hugs* I'll be thinking of you. Take care! ^.^

Noen tosiaankaa. Ei kuulu mun suunnitelmiin. :D

Ei ne varmaan ensikertalaista pistäisikkää vaaralliseen tehtävään. Varmaan jonnekki alueelle missä vain tarvittee valvontaa.

Olettaen siis, että edes pistävät mihinkää. Kattoo nyt tuleeko edes kutsua, ja jos tulee niin miten koulutus menee.
