Please help- I can't update on my iPhone :-( [CLOSED]

I've made as much space as possible, because I didn't have enough space to download the update, now I have 9GB available.
Now I keep getting this error message "RETRY DOWNLOAD Kaos is at it again and has caused a problem with your download. Please check your connection and ensure you have enough storage space on your device."
Every time I hit Retry, it gets to around 10% and then this message appears again.

I'm using an iPhone 4, version 6.1.3

Please can anyone help??

Try issuing a hard reset of your phone. Hold down the power button and the home button. It's similar to a reboot on your PC.

Thank you soooo much!! You really saved me! I'm so addicted to Skylanders and I was devastated when it wouldn't update!
