I just installed the game on my Iphone but when I try to use it in the game there is always an error.

I have this problem both with Series 1 and 2 Skylanders.

Is there any other way to do add Skylanders to my game other then using Web Codes?

What is the error?

And you can use the bluetooth portal to register figures in Lost Islands.

Some network error

I was trying using the Bluetooth portal (the one from Spyro´s adveture). But I don´t know hoe!

Should I just turn it on?

Knowing exactly what the error says would be really helpful.

The bluetooth portal only came with the Battlegrounds starter pack.

Ok, that´s good to know regarding the portal.

But Actavision has answered my e-mail and they have fixed the problem.
