Actually, skylanders is a ripoff of disney infinity. Disney infinity was in the works far before skylanders.

That's not proof, Activision actually had a lawsuit with Disney before releasing Skylanders asking if they could use the Disney Infinity idea before Disney Infinity was being worked on much.
