I feel like I'm stuck in a rut, and I feel deeply depressed, been trying to ignore it for ages, doesn't seem to go, just get's worse, or stays there, so I'd like a few ideas please.

Watch Psych or The Big Bang Theory

I watch Friends, play Spyro, listen to Florence, eat ice cream. You should listen to your favourite music or play Spyro

I shoot stuff with my airsoft gun...

I'm listening to music now, I do it most of the time in my spare time.
I just feel something is missing is all.

Thanks for the advice, but I hate watching TV, it annoys me.
Can't exactly play a video game right now, and I normally only do that over the weekend.
I'm listening to music right now, it's helping a little.

Listen to some music, watch a light-hearted T.V. show, hang out with some friends, play VIDIER GAMEZ!
It all comes down to personal preference really.

See my most favorite shows: the colorful ponies, much Cartoon Network, something with dragons and much fiction.

I'm terrible at drawing, and I really don't have the patience for it, especially when I'm not in a good mood. I do go out for walks occasionally, but it doesn't really help much now, it used to. Especially since the area I'm in, the council have started to build more flats where they're are no jobs, and when I look around, it makes me feel even worse.

Thanks, but I only play games over the weekends, and I do listen to music quite a bit already, and have watched something funny, it's a stupid little series that me and my friend done, I've uploaded it to my YouTube page if you're interested? I've uploaded them into playlists.

True enough, even i only have a couple people to go to <.< why is it you can only play games on weekends? Sometimes finding random people to play online with is good
