Disappointing Super Tuesday [CLOSED]

I am sure most of you agree that this Super Tuesday is super disappointing. Only reason I started this thread is so that developers can see this. Super Tuesdays should be an attainable bonus for all players without having to spend money. It's what keeps the gamers coming back. Just sayin......

I agree that this is a lousy Super Tuesday. When I heard it was 3x energy, I was excited as using Ruggles to send 3 Skylanders to sanctuaries has really deplenished my energy. I stopped sending 3 at a time, mostly, especially when I rarely got gems and stones, and when I did it was maybe 1 at a time. I was hoping to build up some energy to do more, so I can hope to get gems. Making it so hardly anyone can take part in Super Tuesday without spending a butt load of gems is ridiculous, even at the 50% off they've had Ol' Mac and Arbo recently.

I agree, super Tuesday was lousy today. Maybe they don't realise that 1750 gems are too many gems for 99% of the players.

Well, the whole goal of the game is to make you buy gems. Currently Lost Islands is on rank 110 in the US store list of Top Grossing iPad Apps. So this strategy seems to be quite successful for Activision.

They can't all be winners, I guess. I would sure love even the 2x energy/growing time of owning either of these guys. Too expensive though. Not a very super Tuesday...

Not a Super Tuesday for me. I realize the app needs to make the developers money and I am willing to spend a little for a good game, but even with Ol' Mac on sale he is still $25 in gems. Maybe some will spend it but I don't have enough money in real life to spend that on a temporary phone app. Up to $5 maybe, but do much for just a single portion of the game is rediculous. No extra energy for me.

Ok do the 75% off radiant fields is a much better deal for me. It isn't advertised with the rest of the Super Tuesday stuff on my game so I only knew about it after reading these threads....
