Jubileus from Bayonetta. It is such an epic fight and I love her design.

Madara Uchiha fron NUNS3. The graphics are just stuning and the whole concept of the battle is made well.

But my favourite out of all boss battles is Mistral from MGR Revengeance.
I am a sucker for female bosses but she is just epic. She looks hot, her accent is awesome and i like her battle style and the attacks. The theme fits very well too. You have to play that game.

Luca Blight from Suikoden II, such a fun boss to fight due to the fact you have three regular battles and a duel against him. Plus he was just an awesome antagonist all around.

Cackletta from Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga. I love it because not only is it a great fight in general, but it makes you think the game is over after the fight, when really you're only halfway through the game.

Not to mention, if you're underleveled, it's EXTREMELY hard. I managed to pull it off ONCE.

Another fun boss I thought of is Celsius from Tales of Symphonia, just cause the way she fights.
