Doesn't Deadpool have some type of teleportation? Considering in the game, he has a whole boat load of weapons, he could defintley probably beat spiderman. If you put him in a comic, he can just interact with the other pages and start beating the shim out of spiderman. I'm talking about game versions though from Marvel Vs Capcom and the game of the same name. Considering he beat Marvel as shown above, I think Deadpool would win.

I like both characters, but if I have to pick one, it'll be Spiderman. Deadpool is too overrated and overpowered. Also his randomness gets really annoying sometimes...

But, when you call one thing a "rip-off", of this so-called "original idea" which is based off another idea technically speaking the "original idea" is also a rip-off. So technically everything is based off of something and yet you called similar things of that thing a "rip-off" when technically everything is a "rip-off" so, I'm basically saying is.

In fact, Deadpool was originally meant to be a parody of Deathstroke. Look in the 1990s section. I know Wikipedia isn't very reliable but it's the best I can find.

Um no Digimon was not originally based off of Pokemon as some say. Digimon and Pokemon came around near the same time so they are both based off of Darwinism. But again in their own ways.

If it was a parody than instead of "rip-off" why not say a "Parody off of"?

What? Rob Liefeld wanted to draw Deathstroke but was working at Marvel. He's like, "Uhuhuhu, I'll draw him anyway and change some colors. Call him Wade Wilson instead of Slade Wilson." That's really what happened. It wasn't really even a parody. It was outright thievery. What makes Deadpool the way he is now is after Liefeld, others came in and made him more of his own character.

Ummmmmm no.
Not everything is based off of another game/book/movie/etc. and even if it was inspired by something, it's not a rip-off of something. It's not an outright copy of something or a near copy of something just because it was inspired by something.
In addition, some ideas aren't even inspired by another game/book/movie/etc. For example, if you're sitting outside and you get inspired by something outside, in nature, it can't be a rip-off. You can't exactly make a rip-off of nature.
