Beatrees + Shrine [CLOSED]

It appears that when I harvest crops with Beatrees, the extra element of the day bonuses conferred by the shrines do not get included. I have a magic shrine, and I was getting base + 10% rather than base + 20%. This only occurs with Beatrees. Can anyone else replicate this? I don't have a life shrine, so I cannot test it today. Thanks!
